Terrible experience! First off, they send this beautiful girl who belongs on the cover of every fashion magazine, to win you over. And I do mean this girl is a TEN. Stunning! But then once you’re signed, they send you dirty towels and ripped aprons. They only work super early in the morning, so you have to leave your dirty linen outside and pick up your fresh ones left outside for people to steal and for bugs to get in. Call and complain and you get the blow off. I currently have their old mats and linen in my back driveway waiting for them to pick it up and get it out of here, but it’s been days. It should also be noted I had to wait weeks for my initial service.

The most unorganized uniform company I have ever worked with. They don't count the number of pants and shirts that they pick up and have no way of tracking how many were returned. We were without uniforms for almost 3 months. It wasn't until our accounting department stopped paying that we got our uniforms back.

The job I am currently at has towels and paper towels delivered every week for the past couple of months. The best decision my bosses ever made!! Nelson, who drops off our stuff, is a hardworker, he takes time to talk to all of us every week and also asks how everything was throughout the week with the towels. Extremely efficient, good quality, great workers. Recommend to anyone who needs their services.

Our service person Nelson is wonderful. He is professional, thourough, and helpful. He grants my requests very timely. I ask of him a lot and he always comes through. He is definitely worth keeping. Vestis, don't let us down!! As for the uniforms, they could be a little better quality, but we are making it work.

Since Nelson was assigned to us, our service has been excellent. Prior to that, service was horrible. But Aramark corrected our problems and our present Service Tech is phenomenal.
