I made an appointment at 5:45 to simply fix 1 keyboard cap that fell apart. The person helping us said it would only take less than 15 mins. FYI, I arrived on time. While she was checking for the keyboard part, I waited. They eventually came back and told us they were closing soon and we should make another appointment another day. They even told us they had all the parts ready in the back and it would be really easy to fix… I live really far, so I even went to the store at 2:45 to make sure they will get it done today. They told us to arrive at our appointment time since they were currently busy. Then, I wasted my entire day off and a keyboard cap unfixed.
