We used AlphaGraphics for our wedding invitations and had a great experience all because of Giavanna. Giavanna took time to walk through options with us, ask questions that we had not thought of, and made sure we were more than comfortable and confident in the final product. She walked through different price options and explained the differences. She had proofs ready to go so quickly, and the final copies were ready in just days. They are beautiful and we are so happy we went with AlphaGraphics for this important piece of our wedding planning experience. I would definitely recommend AlphaGraphics!

TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUALITY PRINTING AND VERY EXPERIENCED EMPLOYEES. From the time Karen Fernandez took my first call, I experienced exceptional service and communication. I contacted AlphaGraphics to print a backdrop for my granddaughter’s high school graduation party. Prior to contacting AlphaGraphics I had issues with getting a picture onto a digital download that I purchased online and created. Karen immediately told me to send her the created file and the picture that she would have one of the developers there to take a look at it and see what they could do to help me. RIGHT THEN AND THERE I KNEW I was in good hands. Once I approved the backdrop with the picture. Karen began the process of having the backdrop made. The tricky part was that I needed the backdrop by Saturday and it was Tuesday already AND to make things even more interesting AlphaGraphics is closed on Saturdays, which meant now it had to be done by Friday and picked up by their closing time of 5:00. I panicked and feared that I waited too long to do my granddaughter’s backdrop. Karen told me not to worry that they would do what they could to get it done by Friday. UNEXPECTEDLY, I get a call from Karen on Thursday saying the backdrop was completed and that she was having it delivered by a carrier directly to my house. WELL I ALMOST FELL OFF THE COUCH when Karen said “backdrop was completed and she was having it delivered” I WAS so OVERJOYED AND FILLED WITH HAPPINESS AND THANKFUL TO KAREN AND ALPHGRAPHICS. But the story doesn’t end there. As promised it was delivered by a carrier. Due to the size of the container that the backdrop was in I wasnt able to open and look at the backdrop until my husband got home from work which wouldn’t be until after AlphaGraphics had closed. Once my husband got home, opened the backdrop container and held up the backdrop I was WOWED by how beautiful it looked. AT THAT VERY MOMENT my heart stopped and tears began to flow from my eyes when I realized I had put the wrong info on the backdrop pertaining to the COLLEGE! Alfagraphics had already closed. I didn’t SLEEP one second that night worried that it was not enough time to get it corrected or redone due to it was now Friday and AlphaGraphics is closed on Saturdays. First thing that Friday morning, I called AlphaGraphics in TEARS, the young lady that answered the phone was so patient and polite when asking me what was wrong as I bursted into a loud cry trying to explain why I was calling. I finally was able to explain my dilemma, she calmly told me me not to worry that they’ll figure it out” immediately a sense of peace came over me. AFTER about 2 hours I get a call from Karen saying, they had a solution, that they were making a decal with the correct College information and that someone would be at my house in a hour to put the decal on. The gentleman arrives, takes the backdrop out the container lays it out and began to put the decal on. After he finished MY EYES were like a deer in headlights COMPLETELY OPENED!!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW THIS DECAL DID NOT LOOK LIKE A DECAL and how you could NOT tell it was covering up my huge mistake!!! ALPHAGRAPHICS DID AN AMAZING JOB with the decal!!!!! My entire family and I are THANKFUL AND GRATEFUL FOR KAREN AND THE ENTIRE TEAM AT ALPHAGRAPHICS for their dedication, expertise experience, professionalism, customer commitment and care, their quality levels of services and for their overall performance!!!! I DEFINITELY will use AlphaGraphics in the future. THANK YOU KAREN!!!
