Horrible experience. Went around 8:30 am for a battery and was told I needed to bring the car back because there were 2 types of batteries and they needed my old battery to determine which one it was. I was told to come back at 10:00 am and they could replace the battery for me. I arrived back at 10:00 am and was told the employee who could do it was not in yet. I waited for 40 mins for them to say that it was the GM of the store that I was waiting on and now they didn't know when he would be in. I then asked the guy behind the counter if he could just go out front and look at the battery to determine which one I needed so I could purchase it and have it installed myself. I was told no because he was the only one there. I could have went elesewhere had I been told that they are short staffed with a GM that apparentloy shows up whenever he feels like it rather then when he is scheduled. Thankfully there is a place right next door..My Family Car Care who helped replace the battery for me in 15 minutes. Never again will I go to any Advanced Auto Parts for anything but i do highly recommend My Family Car Care.

Very bad customer service. I’ve asked to replace my windshield wipers and they said we can’t do that now cuz we are only 2 people at this time . None of them were busy and was only me customer at the shop . They should be more professional

I purchased a vehicle radio antenna and it didn't fit. I tried to return it and the employee (Joe) stated he would not accept it because it was opened already. I said yes but it did not fit, every other one I've bought there fits. He said okay he will refund this one but I can't buy anything else and open it, expecting a refund. I picked out three potential new antenna choices although none appeared to have the adapter big enough for my vehicle. They all state "Universal Adapters" yet the first one did not work. The employee Joe repeated about five times that they are all universal and state "Universal Adapters" on the packaging. He said what would I like him to so. I said A) Please look in your computer and match my vehicle with the correct antenna. B) Allow me to purchase one I'm fairly sure should work, but if it does not, allow me to return it. He said "What don't you understand, these all state "Universal Adapters?". At that point my intelligence was insulted because I could clearly see through the packaging that they each had different adapters and in fact were not all the same and "Universal". I quietly but strongly said if they are all universal then why did the first one not fit. At that point Joe lost his temper. He said that's it, I've had enough of this. I'm going to refund your money for the first one and I'm not selling you any more antennas or anything else in this store. I said kindly please may I speak to the manager. He said that he actually already is the manager. I was not able to purchase anything else in the store.

Don't want to jinx myself, but so far I've never had an issue at this location. Employees always helpful, and when I place online orders they are always ready when I get to the store.

Advance Auto Parts in Cherry Hill Haddonfield Road great customer service had the chance to speak to the manager he was nice kind and respectful I will continue to shop at Advance Auto Parts Cherry Hill

I had to find a battery fast for my daughter. I went looking online and found that Advance Auto had the best prices and selection. I arrived at the Haddonfield Road, Cherry Hill location and spoke with Walt. We discussed the battery I needed and then asked one of his staff to installed the Platinum DieHard battery in my daughter's car. Walt was very helpful, explained the 4-year warranty, and registered the battery to my daughter. I was in and out in short order with a great battery at a great price!

Was closed 16 mins before closing n said that cash draws close automatically n can't take payment when I was sent from other store to get part other manager called for us when we e were at door but they got shot down to would not go there
