I got the CUTEST purse.. but their clothing.. even if I were their size size they aren’t plus size, they don’t have my style..

The employees are rude and full of themselves.Went there with a friend and had almost 10k to spend on new wardrobes between the two of us. As soon as we got to the door a very rude and loud employee yelled from across the store to get out immediately. When we asked why she just said "she wasn't having it and to get out now". It was totally unprompted or provoked in any way. We told her nicely that he was there to purchase a very expensive jacket that had and we have cash and she screamed "i don't care get out of my store." So we took our money elsewhere and he actually ended up buying a 6k tennis bracelet 10 minutes later. They are costing their employers money by being rude with their inflated egos.

I had the worst experience when I went in there today to try and get a couple shirts, the staff was so rude and wasn’t helpful at all! We couldn’t even pick up the clothes in store to look on them they told us that we weren’t allowed to do that.

I am big fan of Armani Exchange and I am such a regular customer but recently this place has hired very rude and strange people including the manager. These people are so rude and unprofessional that you feel very bad strange vibe when you enter. They wont allow you to open shirts or tshirts to see how it feels or how it looks. They come yelling at you don’t open it. No smile or no politeness at all. I have decided not to buy anything from this store any more. This is so sad to see how customers are treated in this store. This place will be closed soon if they continue hiring such disgusting unprofessional people. I hate to even pass by this store now. They will make you feel very uncomfortable instead of welcoming. The corporate should look into the situation here and all these people should be fired including the rude manager.

Needs better customer service. Went here on Monday April 24, 2023 and the workers were so odd. I understand that shirts in the front are for display and if we need a size, it’ll be in the back. However, to be constantly hovering over us and then to going back to their peers and talking and laughing about us is unprofessional. The worker pointed at us and the other shook her head. Should we not be in here? Should we be dressed in formal dresses and tuxedoes? We also stated multiple times that we are just looking and the worker said if you need anything let me know. She constantly asked if we needed anything. Did I say I needed something yet? Man, we just wanted to shop but we felt like we were judged simply for being here. The entire atmosphere was 0/10 and the staff was unfriendly. They stared so hard. Take a photo next time. Get my close up next time. Absolutely unbelievable.

They bother me so much. I can not even open the shirt to see how it looks. Very bad service. Used to be good. Im not going anymore. I tried 3 times in few months hoping they will change but they still the same. I dont know who come out with the idea of not letting the costumer to check how is the short or anything before taking a decision and then pick a size

I decided to take my kids shopping the day after Christmas 12/26/22 my kids wanted to go into A/X I decided to look for some things for myself as I was bending over to get a shirt this very rude worker “Taylor Snuksta” Came yelling if you need help I will get a size as I was opening up the shirt she came and snatched the paper that’s in the middle of the shirt and begin to roll her eyes mumbling whatever she was mumbling under her breath I found that to be very rude in humiliating in front of my children and very poor customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was one I asked to speak to her manager as I’m explaining to the manager what’s going on Taylor decides to go back-and-forth with me just very unprofessional ignorant and rude.

I often buy things here, and I love Armani Exchange. But it is in this store that very strange people work. Especially the girl at the checkout, very rude and unfriendly.
