These guys repaired a few of my MacBooks (different computers, various issues) and have done an excellent job! Fred has taken the time to show me how I can do things myself and not charged me for his time. Much better than dealing with Apple and waiting forever for an appointment at their Genius Bar! Highly recommend!

Last Thursday, as I was in the midst of downloading new software for my MacBook Pro, my screen went black. In desperation, I reached out to Apple, but they couldn't provide a solution. Thankfully, I found a lifeline through the Apple Support app, which allowed me to secure an appointment with Ricciardi Business Systems for the following day.Initially, I was hesitant. My go-to for tech troubles had always been the Apple Store or Geek Squad at Best Buy. However, both were fully booked until Monday. Seeing Ricciardi with an available slot for the next day, I decided to take a chance. It turned out to be the right call. Fred at Ricciardi was a lifesaver – efficient, knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose the issue. He promptly got my Mac back to the point where I could reinstall the software. What's more, he gave me the choice to complete the download at home, free of charge, instead of leaving it with him, which would have incurred a fee.Fred's assistance not only fixed my computer, but did so without any cost. I'm immensely grateful for his help, and I wouldn't hesitate to turn to Ricciardi for any future technical problems.

Went in today to get my laptop looked at. Started off with the guy upfront staying silent until I told him what happened. Not even a “hello” or “hi”. My Dell laptop’s screen had popped out (minimal damages) and the gentleman told me I had to replace the entire top screen portion for upwards of $350. I had taken it to LaptopMD+ in Morristown where the gentlemen looked at my laptop and fixed the issue free of charge in 5 minutes. Please go elsewhere to get your laptop repaired. They have a $150-minimum labor charge, even if it takes 5 minutes to complete. Also, they were uneducated about Dell Inspiron, Dells most popular laptop model. Again, please go to LaptopMD+ in Morristown, it’s 10 minutes from there.

I own the Best Western Plus in Morristown and we have had computer network issues over the years that have gone unsolved because we didn't know who to call. I finally sat down and did a Yelp search and after several hits and misses with other companies, found Michael At Ricciardi Business Systems. Michael figured out our issues and made sure they were fixed while doing it efficiently and with concern for the expense. He was responsive, communicative, and got the job done. We are so happy to know that we have someone that can help us when we need, and he will be our first and only phone call when something in our computer system needs outside expertise. Highly recommend!

This is the the third time that I've used Ricciardi Business Systems for a repair on an Apple product and I can HIGHLY recommend them!! I have gone here as opposed to going a few minutes away to an Apple Store. I get a same day appointment although you can just walk in without one. Try THAT at an Apple Store! I get a fair price for any work done and they are up front about what needs to be done. No surprises. They make sure that you understand EVERYTHING and they will even make suggestions on how you could avoid any problems in the future. They have more experience individually than any 'genius' bar individuals COMBINED. Go to RBS! You are supporting a small business AND supporting high quality work!!

The Mac tech guy there (sorry I didn't catch his name but presume Fred?) was patient and thoughtful and completely helped resolve my problem (I have 16 USB devices plugged in using various powered adapters, etc. with various devices suddenly not being recognized of late and he explained how to check that everything was working, that the power was being distributed; the difference between Thunderbolt 3 and USB C - despite them having the same port on a Macbook Pro, etc.)...I got home and with an additional powered USB hub and some re-distributing fixed the problem. He could easily have done some unnecessary Applecare Warranty repair but was wise enough to know that this probably wasn't needed. Highly recommended for Mac stuff (and I'd guess PC also).

This is the second time in about 4 years I just showed up at the store and Fred was able to fix my Mac in 10 minutes. This time I was convinced I needed a new computer. Fred is an exceptional business man and an asset to the Chatham community. He is honest and knows his stuff!

I would not recommend these people. They held my PC for a week
. I called multiple times with my own phone. No answer. But when I used my wife's phone they picked up. Then they wouldn't answer her phone, but would answer my kid's. I finally drove there and picked up my computer (less the power cord). I wouldn't recommend them for anything.

I have a 2010 iMac with 4GB and want to buy memory and install it but some of the videos I found it looked extremely complicated to do including splitting it in half with a pizza wheel cutter!I called and spoke with a technician who told me that the mid 2010 iMac has a door on the bottom, just remove the screws and and swap out the the old with the new! Excellent service!
