Even in these "don't touch" times, choosing and getting my paint and supplies was easy and fast. I didn't have questions this time around, but I know from past experience that if I had, they would have been answered expertly and professionally.

We use the store in the Hickory Tree Mall - it’s a convenient location and easy parking (that explains why we use a particular Riccardi) , but we use Riccardi over any other kind of paint store because the people who staff it always get it right. They are knowledgeable, capable, friendly, helpful, and kind. The paint brands are top notch. We are always happy with the service - because the staff is great.

My parents have lived in Harding for almost 30 years and have been using this store as one of their go-to for years when they have home projects (both DIY and with contractors). The new manager needs to do a serious self check in customer service/general people skills - I dont know if he was brought in when Ricciardi took over or what. Super dismissive when you're just asking for some advice or help with a project you're working on, rude to counter clerk, interrupting. Doesn't seem interested in sales or customers, rather seems to prefer making sure the paint cans are perfectly square on the shelves.

Definitely OPEN just spoke with them -Please Go Convenient small town feel Knowledgable helpful staff Advice on those DIY Projects and ALL the supplies to get them done - they even help you avoid mistakes if you take their advice and then they will carry all your heavy things to the car and load them for you Can't get better than McGraths
