Went to these guys for years even though they are more $$ than other places. Bought a battery for my BMW though it needed one and it was going to snow turns out my battery took a charge and was fine. Went to return new policy they will not take returns on batteries or ANYTHING electronic. This was not on the receipt also the battery was less cold crank amps then the original so I didn't want it. They could not get the bosh battery so they sold me the Napa brand which is not as good. Will never purchase there again.

Don't come here if you need your car battery changed. The store will sell you the battery, but you will need to change the car battery yourself. I don't know how to change car batteries. My car had to be jump started and so I drove to the nearest store that advertised it sold car batteries. How can a store sell batteries and not provide service to change batteries for those who can't change their own car batteries. I am going to stores that change car batteries for their customers like Advanced Auto Parts next time.
