I was at the pharmacy today. The woman helping me was muttering stuff under her breath and I heard her say "fat pig". Not sure if she was talking about me specifically, but i found her behavior beyond rude when I was not rude at all.

Horrible service at the pharmacy today. Asked for a flu shot, and was directed to arrange an appointment. The application didn’t allow me to set an appointment. At the time, I was the only client at the pharmacy. I take care of my mom and it’s difficult to takeoff. The emphatic skills for the young lady in charge are null. This incident needs to be exposed if they want to improve.

I live in the area and love this cvs it has a lot of great products the staff has been very helpful in the past!

place always looks messy and chaotic. BLAME CORPORATE, obviously not paying enough to attract staff willing to stay. the staff cannot keep up with the traffic coming through it seems. nice clerks.CAN OF SOUP WAS OVER $5- PRICE GOUGING!

Absolutely horrible customer service at the pharmacy! They are always overwhelmed, always in chaos, and have a bad attitude about customer service.There is a pharmacy tech there that has horrible customer service “skills” and basically swears at customers under her breath. I spoke to the pharmacist in charge about the situation and was told I was in the wrong.I’m Moving all of my prescriptions to DiRx Health, an online pharmacy with awesome customer service!

Rude! Cashiers are ok, pharmacy is not! I came in, got in line, gave our name, and they told me to move because someone else’s rx was ready. I assume they don’t care because it’s a chain. We will stick w Madison pharmacy thanks!

I went in today looking for an assortment of products, but also a home COVID test. I keep myself safe; others safe, I'm vaccinated and test regularly. They were out, that wasn't a big deal. What WAS a big deal was the slew of people I heard and saw asking one after the other for tests, being told they were sold out. NO sign on the door, NO notices posted anywhere. This store is putting people at RISK by allowing people into the store, meandering around looking for the singular test they want because they may have possibly had exposure to this virus. The won't post a sign and probably won't because I'm sure they'd like a potential sale.. I won't be coming back. PUT UP SIGNAGE IF YOU'RE OUT OF TESTING, STOP PUTTING PEOPLE AT RISK BY SPREADING THIS VIRUS FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR CONSUMERISM. Terrible. Will contact above this chain.

To the man that was in front of me at the CVS Shunpike Chatham NJ that purchased the last 4 covid 19 tests when 2 other people were waiting behind you (which you knew). I wanted to let you know that I used to believe there were still good people in the world and you have solidified that they no longer exist. When you first asked for 2 tests, it wasnt a problem ... but then you told the girl "ya know what" give me one more .. than with Glee said "just give me all 4" ... both of us who were waiting in line, asked you if you really needed all four. You refused to answer .. I called you a swear word but that really doesnt describe the type of human being you are ... actually you arent human at all. AND to CVS, given the current problem with finding home tests .. letting people buy 4 at a time doesnt work.

Worst customer service ever! Avoid at all costs! A transaction that would take 2 minutes would take them 10 minutes with a lot of bureaucracy because they just can be mean!

Went to the cashier to make purchase with items on sale. Cashier, creepy dark hair older lady, argued with me the whole time. I left my stuff at the register and walked out. Tried it another time and had a young guy who was fine told him the older lady should be fired. I miss my hoboken cvs.
