Make sure to check pricing and insurance coverage for the services you need at the MinuteClinic BEFORE you go. Apparently insurance companies no longer cover some basic tests, and conviniently, the Minute Clinic staff doesn't have the latest coverage info from the insurance companies. They will make you sign a generic form stating that you will cover any services not covered by your insurance, and then send you a ridiculous bill. Sure, their services price list is posted on their website, however, even if the Minute Clinic is 'in network" provider for your insurance, there is no information on what is covered. You will have to know IN ADVANCE what the nurse practitioner at the Minute Clinic will decide to test you for during your visit, so you can call your insurance - IN ADVANCE - to confirm coverage. And DO check before you go, or you will have to pay the RIDICULOUS bill.

Pharmacy techs are rude and sullen all the time. I have yet to find any employee there that really cares about the customer.

The pharmacy at this store has absolutely the the worse service.
I have refilled my prescription through the automated refill call. When I went to pick it up, I found out that it was refilled automatically 2 weeks ago without my authorization and put back on the shelf. The clerk at the counter said that I need to call and talk to a real person, instead of a refilling via automated service..Had to wait 20 mins, this time she said it is too soon to be filled out.Another 10 mins passed by..The pharmacist came to help finally . I will go to another pharmacy in the future.

i would put 0 stars if i could, this cvs is awful the employees there are all rude expect eric hes always been chill. every other employee is rude and especially rude to children no matter the age

A manager here put there hands on a 8 year old and then hung up the phone on us 3 times refused to show camera footage and was having the employee in the room with her while we where on the phone ontop of that like the many other times the dumb ahh manager over all theres alot more to the story this cvs has terrible reviews already as you can see and i really have no idea why people shop here?♂️

I’ve been going to this CVS pharmacy for a couple of years now. Most of my experiences have been very positive. There can be a bad egg every once in a while but I have found the staff to be overwhelmingly helpful. I most recently worked with Rachel who was able to clear up some insurance issues I had. I’ve also worked with other women who were very patient and kind when dealing with the inevitable insurance hiccups. I don’t believe any of my issues have ever been about picking up my RX - it’s always been insurance/system issues. Thanks CVS pharmacy team!!!

Just went in for company health screening at the main ave location in Chatham NJ. They drew my blood twice and both times the cholesterol machine failed! So wasted an hour of my time and have two band-aids on my left hand. Now will have reschedule...preferably at another location as I don't trust the equipment (and maybe the people) at this location. So disappointed at CVS. Beware, all other folks!

This is one of the worst CVS I’ve ever been to most of the staff is really rude besides, this one woman with glasses and locs and a guy with blonde hair who usually works at night time. I hate that this is the closest CVS nearby me. There’s this one girl with a hajab I always have a positive attitude with her, and she always seems dull, and like she doesn’t want to assist me. Every time I walk in there, I feel all eyes on me. Everybody’s looking at me like I’m about to steal, especially by the manager. this CVS need some new staff ASAP….

Big selection of products and most of the staff was lovely and super helpful, however, one particular older cashier with a brown ponytail was extremely rude both to me as a customer and also other employees. Started rolling her eyes and acting super annoyed when I asked to sign up for the CVS card, made a whole ordeal about scanning my products, all the while sighing, rolling her eyes and making snarky comments at me and a different staff member who was trying to help me. At the end of our interaction she started laughing and ridiculing me after I’d accidentally clicked the wrong button on the terminal. Very unfortunate experience due to which I will not be returning to or recommending this particular store to anybody. Being kind costs nothing and I feel very sorry to all of the other employees (who were extremely nice to me) who have to deal with this sort of behaviour on a daily basis.

Great experience. Went in for a flu shot and despite it being very busy at the pharmacy, the tech took me in right away.
