I discovered this store by chance one day when I was out running errands in Chatham. I had a collection of earrings, ranging from costume to slightly more valuable, that needed fixing. Don was fantastic—he not only repaired but also cleaned all my earrings, and they looked fabulous afterward! He was a delight to work with. Additionally, he has a wonderful selection of estate jewelry with really unique pieces. I’m thrilled to have found this little “gem” of a store!

Good jeweler with a very nice and knowledgeable owner. I went in for a repair. Lots of interesting older jewelry on display as well

I had an unusual clock that needed repair. It actually ran backwards. Don had the expertise and parts to fix it. I had an excellent experience. Don was both professional and friendly. I enjoyed talking with him immensely, and I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Don is a great guy, a talented jeweler, and above all, an honest person.Since I wouldn't know a real diamond from a piece of glass, that is important to me.I have had him repair several pieces, and purchased several others from him. My wife loved all of it!

It's easy to fall in love with this place! The whole look of the store is busy at first, but once you take a closer and slower look at things, you will find something you really like. I asked for clip on earrings, and she provided me with three trays of clip on earrings to choose from. I found the sweetest pair, probably from decades ago. There is a large range of prices for things, and unfortunately, you will probably have to get your choice piece resized. But they are very friendly and attentive. I didn't go for the expensive things, but I was still taken care of very well. I hope to return here for an engagement ring (whenever that happens!) because the styles are my taste, the quality is great and I want to support a local business run by really lovely people. Thank you greatly for a positive - and even adventurous - shopping experience! p.s. It's also within walking distance of the train.

I came to Don at Crescent Jewelers with an unusual request regarding a clock I had inherited. Don took a great deal of time showing me how to set and transport this delicate instrument and I am happy to say that it arrived in one piece and is happily ticking away on my mantelpiece. Don is passionate about clocks and, given the number of people who came in wanting to talk to him after having been sent by other jewelers, he is most likely the area's expert. Thanks, Don!
