“Livingston Tire recommended NORTHFIELD COLLISION when I called about a situation with my car. I went there that same day and Diana in the office helped me and also got Franklin to help too. In minutes the car was fixed and NO CHARGE!!! I couldn't be more grateful and hopefully I don't need to return, but if I get any car damage, I'll go right back!! You should too!!!”
“After doing some damage to the tail light and bumper, we spoke to JP who offered a quick quote and ordered the required part for the next day. Right off of the bat, my wife noted how friendly and responsive he was.
The following morning, they replaced the tail light quickly then ***completely fixed the bumper for free by smoothing out some wicked-looking dents***. I didn't notice it until after arriving home, being a bit scatter-brained with a long road trip scheduled after the visit. I had to do a double-take; frankly, I was stunned that they:
- made the bumper look as good as new
- completed the full job in under 30 minutes
- did not even mention it let alone charge for the work as I'd have been more than happy to pay whatever they would have charged
We saved a pretty penny (a new bumper would have been over $1000 and we had wrecked the corner section pretty good), immense time driving and calling around for quotes on bumper repair (or replacement) from their willingness to go way above and beyond what was promised.
John, JP and Laura run a first class business. Everyone is friendly, polite, professional and their auto work is top notch. I deeply appreciated their quick turnaround time due to the aforementioned trip. They went above and beyond for two digital nomads who are literally always on the road and live on a tight schedule.
If I could give them 10 stars I would.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

“Freak one car accident resulted in front end of very low mileage 2013 CAMRY XLE to be 95% separated from body without apparent mechanical damage. Some obvious damaged or broken grille, lights, hardware.I have no fair way to compare Premier Collision to any other shop except my insurance company requires a specific appraiser to review and approve claim. Using another shop would require a “Field Appraisal” or a couple of days delay. I opted to use the recommend vendor, Premier.I hoped for very fast repair but expected the usual delays. Assess damage, prepare estimates, await approvals, order parts, receive parts, schedule staff assignments, complete repairs. Add in the pre and post Christmas season, and I was able to accept 24 days from the day, 12/9, that the car was towed to Premier and 1/2/24, the day Kayla from Premier called to tell me the car was ready and picked me up at home because of family emergency.Kayla and Operations manager, Willie, were responsive to my inquires and very understanding of my concerns. I recognize the difficulty in providing status reports when there is reliance on numerous outside partners, especially during the “holiday” season.I would definitely recommend Premier to a friend for consideration.”
“Livingston Circle Car Wash is a fabulous choice for car detailing! I'm not a car enthusiast by any means, I'm just a girl who likes to have her car look like new.
Friendly people and wonderful communication. I have a Honda HRV and they took about 8 hours to detail the interior and exterior of my car. I called to check in a few times throughout the day and everything was wonderful. I wish I'd taken before and after pictures.
Cost was around $500 with card. Next time I'll bring cash so it's cheaper. This is the only place I'll take my cars for detailing.”
