MOST HONEST INSURANCE AGENCY IN NJ!
I have shopped insurance around for my new business quite a lot and could barely get any agents attention. I am a small business, just starting out, so my policy premium is small, I had a ton of questions, and not much money to throw around (if you ever started a business, you know the struggle!). I could not get one agent to give me the time of day no matter where I called - I guess my account wasn't worth the time and effort to them.
When I finally found BPR they changed my entire view of the insurance industry. The did not write me off, they took the time to listen to my needs, answer my questions, and actually shop my coverage around for me to come up with the best rate - and they did!
I probably sound like a walking billboard right now, and I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this with the world - I wanted to shout it from the mountaintops! In hopes another small business owner can benefit from it.
BPR Ins. Agency was able to bundle my commercial general liability, commercial auto, AND my brand new Workers Comp policy! Which I have been told by countless other agents that "WC is WC, the state makes the rates and theres nothing we can do about it. In addition, because you are a new business your policies can only be written through the state with a 20% DEBIT on the rate!" Not only that, the state WC plan does not allow for a payment plan...I was sweating trying to figure out where I'll come up with $2,000 cash to pay the full year WC premium up front. And then BPR explained to me the real 'ins & outs' of the WC world, how other agents lie with their 'the price is the price' go-to motto, obviously to earn more commission, because they only care about themselves.
Long story not-so-short, BPR found me a WC policy through an actual carrier rather than through the state as I was told was my only option. This not only gave me a payment plan option but it also did not include a 20% debit, and instead, they offered me a 20% CREDIT on the premium (YES, WC INSURANCE CAN BE DISOUNTED IN NJ!! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise!)
So in conclusion, I can not believe I am writing a review for an insurance agency - I can promise you this is the last thing I ever expected to be writing a 5 star review for!
If you are looking to be taken care of, guided, treated like a human and not a dollar sign, and actually have a pleasant time working with an insurance agency, THIS IS THE PLACE.
Also, everything was done viz fax, email, and phone calls. I did not have to go out of my way to see anyone (they did offer to send someone out if I wanted).
