I live 5 hours away from the dealership and made a deal with my sales person on the phone. After I got home I found out that the deal I thought we agreed on was not. I talked to my salesperson and the sales manager and told them I was not happy! After talking to the sales manager he wanted to make things right for me. He went out of his way to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my new truck. I cannot thank this dealership enough. Special thanks to Anthony and Gerson for all you did to earn my business!

I think this dealership was very helpful and knew what they were doing. From the beginning to the end of the transaction. My salesman and the entire staff who helped with the deal was very courteous. I would be glad to do business in the future with them and refer their services.

Purchased a used Buick- wasn't certified unfortunately, because I have had to have some work done. They worked patiently with my warranty company and kept me posted. Repairs have been great. I had an issue with my auto start after and the service manager called to rectify. Great customer service and very satisfied with all the work that had to be done.

I talked to a person over their text message system. The name was Alexis. Could be real or fake. I sent what I would like to pay for the 2018 Silver Ford Explorer. An appointment was made, and I was given a male who sat in the front to the right. He reminded me of CHRIS ROCK. I don't recall his name. I asked a few questions about the vehicle. It had a clean car fax but no service history with two owners. That was unusual. Then I asked what was the best he could do on the price. He said that was his best. He didn't offer a penny off the list price. I kindly got up and left. WASTED TIME. 40 minutes from Jersey City for nothing. There are TWO screenshots I added as PHOTOS to support what I have said.

Had a bad experience with this business. I would not recommend. Just be careful when you sign the papers. What they say during sales talk contradicts with the papers. When I called them to discuss, they denied and I was told that I had already signed docs.. they didn't even care.

I had purchased my 2024 Chevy 1500 2.7 at the dealership. I had a very great experience. The staff was very helpful and the managers specially and I have reached out to the Dealer after two days about a minor issue, they said just come in for the next oil change it will take care of it. I highly recommend this Dealership.

I brought my new car in with a tail gate out, it was immediately addressed on Saturday. I was given a loaner and my problem was resolved first thing on Monday morning. No issues picking up my vehicle. Very friendly and helpful staff.
