Save your self some time and don't take your covid test in this lab.. waste of time and very rude and unprofessional on phone. I would of gave zero stars if I could of.. very disappointing

Stay away if you don't want to waste your time. Covid test results supposed to be ready in 3 days, after 8 days there is still no results. Tried to call to the lab, 40 mins waiting, no answer, nobody called back. Few days ago, after 25 mins waiting, a representative said he had no idea about the location where the test was taken. He refused to give me a confirmation #, even though he had our info in the system. He was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.

Never got my PCR COVID-19 results from them since December 29th 2021 was done. I even call them a couple of times and they kept telling me the same thing is being processing.

This laboratory lost test results and lied about it for days, delaying getting important medical information. Clearly they are just trying to take advantage of the local health departments during the COVID pandemic to make money. They should be investigated. I would not trust the result from this lab based on the mishandling of test.

If I could give zero stars I would. In times of COVID where people need their results and having staff unwilling to help facilitate these results is a problem. As someone who sits on a management team and doubles as a bedside provider truly unacceptable for a customer service rep to disconnect a call for being told. "I've been doing this for months and never have I had a problem getting my results." She said under no circumstances can they send me MY results. Management fix this; how hard is it being courteous when there's so much suffering going on in the world today? If you don't like your job... step aside there surely are other people who would be more than happy to take your place.

Was a self pay, paid cash at the door, and they still send me bills for more than what I paid. All these 5 star reviews are from the people that work there , do not believe these crooks. Zero stars

Breanna Iris was hands down the best phlebotomist ive been to. She was able to keep my daughter calm for her first time ever getting bloodwork done and didnt even miss. I will continue to use her as our phlebotomist

Nadia in Chester NJ is amazing at what she does...I have 2 autistic children who absolutely adore her. She's quick and efficient. Your literally in and out with a smile. My sons call her the magic needle lady! Clean place and always a pleasant experience

I came in to the Chester location today for routine blood work.Barbara was very professional and the process was painless. I got very woozy after my blood was taken to the point where I nearly fainted.I had never experienced this before, so it was a bit scary for me. Barbara thought fast, grabbed me a sugary drink and allowed me to lay down. She was so calm, respectful, and professional. I am very grateful for her help.
