Company inputted my information incorrectly in their portal for my COVID-19 test, effectively barring me from seeing my results. I tried multiple times to contact via phone and e-mail to try get back test results but to no avail. No one answered me over a period of trying for three days before I eventually gave up.

This business is horrible. I have To return to work KNOWING I have Covid because they refuse to process in a timely manner. I wish I went Someplace else instead of waiting for these results that are still not showing up. There are people who went well after me with results already. They either don’t answer the phone or pick up and hang up to stop the phone from ringing. If you need results for work (not even travel) do NOT test here. It’s a waste.

Would give no stars if I could. Truly awful experience regarding COVID testing. Was told results would be up in 72 hours. It's been a week and half and my test results are still pending. I have called every single day and no one answers. Awful awful customer service. DO NOT USE THEM FOR COVID TESTING.

Worst place to do a covid test and as I see I'm not the only one. I should've checked this reviews before. I trust this place cause they say they give you results in 48 hours, and I had a flight to another country and didn't want to go without my test results. I went with my parents, we all three did the test on Decembert 27(at Union city 36th st), my father received the results on 29, but this is the day that me and my mom haven't received anything, and of course, I had yo cancel my flight. They did answer emails or calls, they just playing around with people faith and times, they're just ridiculous and they just need to get reported for their fake "24 to 48 hour results" announcement. Worst place ever. Don't go there just don't waste your time

Took a test at their pop up in jersey city on 12/21. I was told up to 48hrs for results to be emailed. I called on 12/24 and they said results will be posted that day in a couple hours. Welp! It’s been a week and still no results! Going elsewhere.Update 1/4/22: it’s been 3 weeks and still no results. I’ve been elsewhere and got my results in 2 days. Just disappointed on their service.

Workers comp case - all information provided multiple times and they won’t process the billing information correctly. Tried calling on multiple occasions to correct situation but the gentleman in billing is rude and obviously ineffective in their role. Asked to speak to anyone else to possibly finalize issue but he claims there is no one else available in the entire office.

I don't recommend this place for Covid 19 testing. They take longer time than they promise. Initially they said, the results will be ready in 24 hours. After 24 hours they say it could take another 48 hours. If you are feeling sick, do not go to this place or any of the pharmacy that uses fusion diagnostics laboratory. This is a matter of peoples life and they really need to speed up operations. If they cannot process on time, they should take limited appointments.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I was tested by them for Covid 19 using my insurance so I could return to work. Was supposed to receive my results within 24-48 hours. One week later, no results and they never answer their calls, return emails, or voicemails. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR COVID TESTING!!

update: we eventually got back our results.I went to get tested for COVID at pop up of Fusion Diagnostics on Route 440 in Jersey City. We went on Wed, Dec 22 and we still do not have our results. We were given a sheet of multiple numbers to call for the results and nobody picks up any of them. IT IS REALLY SAD THAT A MEDICAL INSTITUTION WOULD LEAVE PEOPLE HANGING LIKE THIS.. further this was a recommended provider by the Jersey City webpage…They should NOT be trusted or used.

Check to make sure they are not the company offering your covid testing because you will not get your results. You won't get a response to your emails or a return phone call either. In my case, I couldnt even find a pending result that they even processed the test in the system. So I reached out for help, no reply. If you are doing this for work or travel AVOIDDDDD. If you are testing with them thru Jersey City, AVOID. Being inundated, understandable. COMPLETELY IGNORING CLIENT OUTREACH, UNACCEPTABLE

I gave sample on 1/4/2022 untill 1/10/2022 the result has not been ready to make sure the result they have barcod and phone number neither the phone nor barcod is working. It is unprofessional and unethical when I ask the result, the guy was laughing me and he said see you after 10 days. I never ever seen anywhere which doesn't car e about patience like this.

Got tested on 12/21 and still results are pending. I understand this is a very busy time but this is unacceptable. I have gone to two other places since 12/21 and got results much quicker than Fusion. The person who conducted the test was very friendly and professional but otherwise I don't trust their lab.

What was 24 hours at one point has turned bad, so I can't recommend this place anymore. It has been 7 days and still no test results for two people in our household from the Public Safety HQ location on Marin Blvd after waiting for hours in line. The ridiculous thing is that another person who did a test the day after has gotten theirs already. It is impossible to get any communication from this lab. They ignore calls and emails. This is very unprofessional and should be investigated as I feel they are not owning up to losing tests. Everyone should call the Jersey City Health and Human Services to complain so they are investigated. If you have not gotten your test results, also tell your insurance company so they can refute any charges if they went through.
