It’s extremely annoying that every time I come to this bank for the atm inside, it never works!!!! This is chase bank. It’s ridiculous that this is like the 10th time I came out of my way to use the atm inside to get 5’s and it doesn’t work!!!!!!

Banker did not seem to be fully trained on contracts. Went in to open a new checking account, rep was not able to rephrase questions presented when signing documents. Insisted he "couldn't tell me how to answer" but could not actually rephrase the questions, pointed at the wrong section for me to read over to elaborate the terms, and offered to get a CPA. To open a checking account?? If you aren't sure about the information in contracts you are presenting just say that.
