Staples is my go to place for ink cartridges for my printer. Once I'm in the store though, I'm always finding other things i can use. The associates are proactive and friendly. I've not explored their online experience but the in-store experience is really fine.

Huge shoutout to Tony in the printing department! And all of the kind people working in the department as a whole. I came in with a complicated printing task that I needed done the same day. (I didn’t realize beforehand it would take so much work!) But Tony was extremely patient, kind, and willing to do whatever he could to make sure I was satisfied with my order. I also appreciate the other staff member (not sure his name) who, when I came to pick up my order, modified it at my request. My order was part of a gift, and I’m so appreciative that it was able to get done! Thank you.

Store 0573 was the most spectacular experience I have ever had at a Staples in my life. I needed a receipt from a piece of furniture I bought and the GM Marc Sherman was professional, helpful, & did an exemplary job of assisting me! I’m a life time customer. Highly recommend.

I love to go a store and the employees are eager to help. I had the pleasure of being helped by Marc? He was so helpful and patience with me. Assisted me with downloading the APP with me and answering my questions. I call that going above and beyond!!!?????? Not to mention he help me save. And anyone who helps you save money in my book is a winner. He knew his stuff. Thanks Marc

In the modern day we live in, I've found it increasingly hard to ever find anything actually in stock at brick-and-mortar locations, but this particular Staples has always had the items I'm looking for and have had the orders placed online ready for pick-up within the designated windows as promised. The orders are always accurate, ready and waiting and the staff there has always provided a solid experience and offered a cart for ease of moving boxes. I'm not sure if it's because this particular store is a bit off the "beaten" path, but this place has more options available compared to the Clifton location. A huge win when everything relies on Amazon to be able to grab what you need, when you need it!

I go to the Staples in Cedar Grove, NJ at least 3-4x/week. I sell merchandise from numerous platforms, where orders need to be shipped out immediately. As soon as a purchase is made, all I have to do is take the item(s) that the buyer ordered to Staples in Cedar Grove, & nothing else…..they do the rest!
Not only do they print out the shipping labels, but they have every single supply I need in order to complete my shipment. From bubble wrap, to a large variety of envelopes & boxes of every size, shelves full with different kinds of “thank you” stationary, rows upon rows of different types of stickers, packing tape, notepad’s, binders or cash books to track my sales, & much, much more!
The staff is so extremely friendly, I know them all by name! They’ll even put everything together for me so it’s ready to be picked up by the USPS/UPS when the delivery driver arrives. They’re truly amazing! I’m always confident that my packages will go out the same day, or the next day at the latest if I arrive later in the day/evening.
I’ve had 5 packages at once to be shipped out, & I was in & out of there in less than 10 minutes. There were even 3 other customers ahead of me in the store being helped at the same time while my order was being taken care of.
My point is that this store is so organized & the staff is so extremely knowledgeable, that you would think such a lengthy process, like the one I just described, especially with existing customers in the store, should take much longer than 10 minutes….and you’re right, because it should’ve!
If it weren’t for the organization combined with the friendly & educated full staffed members, I would have for sure been late for work that day.
I walked into Staples at 6:25p.m., & was out the door, labels printed, packages fully packed & labeled, paid for, put aside for shipment, & walking out the door…..all by 6:35p.m.!!
This is a normal occurrence every single time I go into the Cedar Grove store. I’ve even gotten some quick shopping done while they’ve gotten my packages together in order to save some of my time, which they know & consider to be precious. That’s how much they appreciate their customers, & why they provide the best service possible.
This is just one example of many as to how amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, & capable the staff is…..not to even mention the endless amount of merchandise that store always has in stock! If Staple’s in Cedar Grove doesn’t carry it, most likely, you’re not going to find it anywhere else.
Go to this store and save yourself the headache of experiencing what similar stores have to offer. You’ll never go anywhere else again ?
They definitely have my loyalty ?! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
