I wanted to call out the employee, Vinny, who proactively reached out to me when he saw me looking for product. He then made fabulous recommendations that worked out and were less expensive. But, in general, Vinny has helped me multiple times over the last year and has always been professional and extremely competent. He also showed great patience with me to go with his great communication skills.

This store is AMAZING!!!!The staff is fantastic!!!!They are wonderful on the phone . The printing dept staff is super helpful and kind and caring and smiles!!Honestly I will only go to this location for anything and everything I need!From the mgr to the every associate it was a phenomenal experience!!!!!

Zack is the most friendliest and helpful person, he was positive. I was looking everywhere for this specific item and when I called the store Zack answered the phone and looked in the store to see if the item was in stock and it was. I even asked him to make sure because I didn't wanna waste time and he did. I will be coming back here again. I recommend this spot for anyone looking for items but give them a call first

Their printing service needs more attention. It takes a few minutes to print standard word docs and pdfs. Their printer wasn't working and a 5 minute print job took a half hour. I was charged for the time the printer wasn't working.

NEVER send your UPS packages through them. Twice I have used their ups services and twice I've had issues with them. They have lost my package and they have no evidence where it is and their customer service ups or staples have no human reps to speak to. Ship at your own risk. Go directly to a UPS store.

I have nothing against this Staple store. They have always been good to me. However, I feel like I have to tell people not to buy their TruRed paper shredder. The product doesn't last long. Above all, do not buy the Asurion warranty. It is so expensive and when the machine breaks, they will not honor it. Give Fellows shredder a try or go elsewhere.

Honestly don't know why this place gets such a bad rap. Lela from printing was excellent in helping me with my 2 UPs packages. She was patient, she proposed options, she was proactive and warm. I hope she's there next time I return!2nd time here (first was with a gentleman with an awesome Afro) and still great customer service. And I'm a tough cookie with customer service!
