Waste of time. Set up an appointment to open a business account and the person I was supposed to meet (Raquel) was on vacation. Met w someone else and she said I had to come back on Tuesday to open the account since they had to do some checks and they couldn't do it on a Saturday (even though I had all the req documents on hand; as per the appt confirmation). Since I am flying out on Monday, I had to open an account elsewhere. Nice people (even though I didn't get an apology for having wasted my time), but not efficient.

They don't value your business and want to push you into products and services that you don't want. Truly a creepy environment. I literally ran out of their shaking my head in disbelief. Employees almost malice it feelLike you are joining a cult getting involved with them. Eek

Be Careful when next time you visit or open new a/c. at this branch, get everything in writing because this branch peoples don't keep their promises. I just close all of my accounts. I wouldn't recommend this branch to any one.
