“I have to say this is the best USPS store I have ever visited! Here is what happened to me at end of year 2020: I had a crucial bundle of documents to mail to along with a self-expense mail, I felt anxious before visiting the store, the lady who showed up at 8 AM on time helped me patiently through the end, she is professional and informative, step by step walked me through, and today I received my mail back with renewed document! “The people that work here are so nice , patient and helpful. However, the parking is the worst. Not sure why the cafe next store is still allowed to block off two spots for pick up. Its a county road I wonder how that is ok? I'm sure the dog groomer would love her own blocked off spots for drop off and pick up too. Covid is still here but the pick up panic is over.”

“Typically, any trip to the post office is associated with a groan, procrastination, then a period of denial. My wife and I couldn't put it off any longer. Holiday gifts had to go and we're in a pandemic. Our local post office was out of the question so we thought, try a new place.So glad we drove to the Park Ave., USPS. Erik was the clerk and he was extremely friendly, patient and professional. Took the time to advise us on our packages and delivery options and we in no way felt rushed. It was hard to imagine we were in a United States Post Office. Haven't had an experience like that in decades.Parking is fairly easy, lines were not very long despite holiday season rush on a Saturday morning. Also, there is disabled parking (which I utilized), directly in front as well as wheelchair ramp access for those who require it.Stay safe and be well...”

“In all the chaos the Coronavirus has created, the Pompton Plains Postal worker who attempted to answer my phone questions patiently tried to help me despite a long line at the counter. I inadvertently discarded a tracking number to a pkg I had mailed and was seeking his assistance to track the location of the pkg. Without the tracking number, there wasn't anything he could do to help me, but he was extremely patient and kind on the phone.”
“I have visited this Post office 2 times, I am very pleased with this post office, the staff are very friendly and very accommodating. Always willing to help with smiles. My first visit one gentleman was very helpful I forgot his name, my second visit one lady was great her name is Sroikahm. I'll always go there for mailing stuff.”

“I love having this little outpost so close to home. There are rarely lines and everyone is nice. I enjoy coming to this post office.For people complaining about them being randomly closed, its because the main branch is short staffed, so whoever would be at Broad St has to work at the main one.BTW, the post office is not tax payer funded, they are self-funded.”
“A technical issue screwed up the tracking numbers on an intercepted package. The staff here resolved the issue by digging up the necessary information and making the necessary calls very promptly.”

“Shipped an international package there. Representative Chris has been patient and informative all the time. We tried using the global express for 3 times it didn’t work out so eventually chose priority mail express. He handled the package pretty neatly and gave me two customer forms that I can fill at home if I wanna ship international package again.Two other representatives are efficient and friendly too. It’s good to see a post office operating in full capacity during holiday season.”

“Pretty well known post office.Has everything you need from a front desk, drop off boxes, you name it. Staff are quite slow but USPS’s feel understaffed everywhere.Some post offices don’t have drop off boxes so I come to this location to which has plenty of options to send your packages.Bear in mind, post offices are overclocked during the holidays.”
“A short time ago, when it was pouring cats and dogs, I had to run some errands with my baby. I was at the post office to ship a return package and I had no label. A beautiful, young lady whose name was Khabirna, known as KB in the office, not only helped me, but also was so kind to my baby. While doing her great job, she gave a candy to my baby and helped me so much with the label. I really appreciate her for brightening my day and her excellent service.”
