Great Crossfit gym! All the coaches are great- top notch instruction. The community is also great. Workouts are challenging but fun. I feel fully supported here. Jackie runs a fine facility.

Great atmosphere with motivating coaches. Also, I have found that the community of peers will help push you if you want to achieve new goals or prs. Jackie, the awesome owner and her team keep the equipment up to date and maintained.

I have been coming to CFCG/Limitless Performance for 6 years now. The coaches are beyond helpful and accommodating. Before I started, I had barely worked out at all. Now I come 5 days a week and I can’t get enough! There’s a reason this place is voted “best of Essex” 3 years in a row!
