Had a quick & easy refinance closing with Evident. I've refinanced multiple properties over the last 15 years, and this closing was by far the easiest. The closer was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions in depth. I highly recommend using them!

I used Evident Title when we refinanced our condo a few years back and I've recently had some new questions that they were more than helpful with. Quick response time, very courtious , and extremely knowlegable on anything property related. I highly recomend!

I closed on a house over the summer at Evident Title. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago I couldn’t find my closing papers to send to my accountant. I called and with in minutes the papers had been emailed to me. They are extremely efficient and helpful.

Very unprofessional. It is beyond unacceptable how this company handled my proceeds check. They mailed it to the wrong address! When it was clearly stated to them, the ship to address. Imagine the potential fraud that could have been committed. In addition, this attention to detail cost me an arm and a leg because I was staying at an Airbnb and had to pay for extra days. I asked Carol to at least refund me for the overnight shipment, and I was told that she would speak to management about it. I haven't heard back from them in over 2 weeks. On top of all this, Carol initially had massed up the math on the proceeds check, and it became a back and forth on what the number should be... I wouldn't trust this company at all. Do yourself a favor and go to a different title company that actually pays attention to details and handles clients checks as careful as possible, because if a check gets into the wrong hands, say goodbye to your hard worked money!

My Wife & I recently refinanced our Mortgage with Homeland Lending LLC.Based on suggestion from Don@Homeland we used Evident Title Agency for everything involved with mortgage. What a great experience. "Service Excellence " is so hard to come by today.Regardless of who you talk with at Evident Title they make you feel as if your their only client.Who do you know that makes house calls in any industry today.Believe it or not Evident Title understands their clients needs and provided at home service.The Agent,Lauren couldn't have been more helpful and went to great lengths to give my Wife and I peace of mind.

As a full time Realtor I have had the pleasure of referring Evident Title Agency on many occasions. But why do I do that? Well... To the average home buyer, the most present and forward facing real estate professional with whom you will interact will be your Realtor. Once you are under contract, however, your Title Agency becomes a very important supporting character. The guarantee of clear title is really just the beginning of what a good title agency does today. During the transaction, the Realtor coordinates most of the matters that are visible to the client while the title agency coordinates many parts of the transaction that are invisible to the client. We as Realtors rely on a good title agency to keep things in order on the back end. They keep us informed of certain developments, so that we can keep your transaction moving forward. You may not see what they do, but your Realtor will see it, and he (or she) will appreciate it when you've chosen a good one. But that's just during the transaction... When it comes to closing, Title Agencies have taken on a lot of the work of preparing closing paperwork which, for the buyer, can be extensive. For me, Evident Title has only been an aide in getting to the closing table on schedule, never an impediment. All of the closings I have done with Evident Title have been absolutely seamless, and they have truly been a pleasure to work with. Their thorough and organized approach to closing make working with them a pleasure for my clients, and they take time to fully answer the questions and concerns of my buyers. I have implicit trust for the work of Evident Title Agency. When it is time to buy a home - When you have had your offer accepted and it is being sent off to your attorney, tell your attorney that you want to use Evident Title Agency, and then give Evident a call and let them know. YOU are paying for your title services, and I recommend you choose the best. You'll be glad you did.
