Pharmacy is understaffed & constantly has a long line. They have you waiting nearly an hour to fill a script that was already “ready” on the app. Ridiculous.

I love my CVS, usually, but today I entered right at 1:30 to pick up prescriptions, only to find the pharmacy closed for lunch. I'm sorry, but stores do not close up for lunch, why should a particular department -- especially the pharmacy!! There's always a number of people back there - surely they can alternate their lunches to prevent closing down!! I've always thought that the "closing for lunch" thing was not necessary, and certainly not customer considerate!

The Cedar Grove CVS Bradford always has the items I am looking for. The sales are exceptional and I always leave feeling that I got my moneys worth, shopping at CVS.

Automated system refuses to let you speak to a human - will tell you they’re connecting you then loop into asking a new set of questions for CVS services. If you call the front you’ll be left on hold over 15 minutes and then disconnected. Absolutely trash customer service

The pharmacy department is a complete mess here. You have to go to a different person for different things. One person is unable to help you. There are no signs saying who does what and the entire process is confusing & ridiculous. Incompetent at best.

This pharmacy always makes mistakes with my prescriptions. That’s why I never leave the store without checking the medication first and making sure they give me what the prescription says.

The Pharmacy located at 1027 Pompton Avenue Cedar Grove is a disaster. Wrong information, non responsive, out of stock meds they lie and tell you are ready you get there wait in line sometimes over an hour t o either get wrong medication or none at all. Sick people need medication. Your staff is rude. At one point hte Pharmacist waited 3 times to open a safe to get a medication that we waited for for 3 days and each time the safe opened she missed getting the medication. The worse is the incompetence of the staff. You can never get through on the phone. I am working to transfer all of my family health needs some where else. This store should be closed of no value to the community

Very helpful, even at 4 A.M. when i'm looking for something, the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist me.
