An absolute joke of a “bank”. It is “cashless” with two bankers sitting there doing nothing that can’t accept cash deposits. The ATMs weren’t taking a few of my bills. It’s embarrassing.

Horrible bank and I’m a Chase bank customer for over 20 yrs now. This particular branch is nothing more than a glorified ATM with a bunch of wasted square feet. No one can ever handle any banking needs, there’s only 1 to 2 real people employees working at any given time (and they can never help me out) and all 3 times I’ve been there they just wind up calling another branch in the area to handle my banking needs because this branch can’t do it themselves. Don’t waste your time coming here. Go to anther full service Chase Bank in the area, but definitely stay away from this one!

This is not a branch its an ATM location the manager is always out of order being mad ,i don't think he is happy with his job it took me 4 days to transfer money to family member in California ,prior to becoming a ATM branch . ( no tellers you have to go to Bloomfield to see one ) it would of take me ten minutes , if you respect yourself dont deal with the manager I wish I could of give them zero but 1 star apparently is the lowest you can give

I feel grateful this nearby Chase bank for any banking request, staffs are helpful and appliances are clean and safe to use.

Loved this bank. Now ATM only. Machines kick back checks it can't read.Terribly disappointed with the change. Lost the personal touch.
