The lady there has some problems, she doesn't let you talk and when you say what you want she interrupts you with rules and nonsense explanations.Everytime I go there is an issue even if I ask for a "priority large box" (something basic) she questions everything like what are you sending? Let me see because if its liquid, it isn't allowed, how big is it? Why do you need a priority box? If I have the label is another round of questions, show me the label? How much do you pay? Where did you get it? When are you sending this package?...Lady, please just do you job!!!!! Thank you

The clerk there is so rude ChristineI lose my package because she type in the computer the wrong address,she doesn’t let people talk, very upsetting with her it cost me more than $100 to send a packageshe should not work there she doesn’t have customer service experience at all very very rude also she forgot about kindness with people

This is a one person Post Office, usually staff by a wonderful Lady. The service is Superior, but it can be get crowded fast, since this is only a one person operation. The Postal recommendations are always Spot on.Cedar Brook is a very small town, We are delighted to still have a Post Office. It it is the type of place, eight months of the year, where neighbors meet neighbors. So when you pull in from the Highway, take a deep breath and enjoy our small town charm.

Today was an upsetting day at the Post Office! I had to mail about 25 packages for my teachers at my school. I had already purchased 500 stamps. Too much happened in the conversation. I went about 8 minutes before closing and the employee reminded me of it. She was nice the first time I came and then the next two she was pushy. I let her process 5 packages and left. I will never go back again. She handed me the office hours as if I did not know what time it closed. I WILL NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION WHICH IS A 60 SECOND DRIVE TO MY HOUSE. I WILL GO TO THE SICKLERVILLE LOCATION...

I arrived at this post office to place a small prepaid package in the outside mailbox. I could not open the door so I entered the post office. I could see others ahead of me & hesitated since I did not have a Covid19 mask on. The clerk yelled at me that I had to go to the back of the store to get in line. I explained I was just trying to drop off a prepaid package. She said I still had to go to the end of line. Since I had only expected to drop off the package in the outside mailbox I had left my vehicle running. I put the package down and said that I would be back & that I had to turn off my vehicle. Upon returning to the office I realized I forgot to put my mask on. I just picked up the package and decided I'd return at another time. The clerk came outside and yelled she'd take my package but they had rules. The whole time I kept trying to tell her I had intended to just use the outside box and then I had to go back out to turn my vehicle she kept yelling she had rules. I told her I had no intention to inconvenience her, but she still kept on not giving me a chance to explain I was not trying to create a disturbance, which is what I felt like she was implicating. I understand pressures everyone is under at these times, but there was no excuse for her to make a scene. She should have stayed inside and tended to the customers who were ahead of me. What bothered me is that in trying to do the right thing and return at a more appropriate time she made me appear to be someone not willing to go by the Rules!

Visiting from pa , had a small McDonald's bag to throw in the trash (huge dumpster) lady working at the post office came out and was snippy and complained that I couldn't throw my little bit of garbage in the buildings large municipal garbage dumpster . Absolutely absurd and very rude . Great welcome to NJ and shows exactly what kind of people they are . Guess next time I'll throw the trash out in the parking lot or along the road !
