Seen some bad reviews here. I went here today For my passports renewal application ,some papers was missing. I served by a nice lady name miss CHILA. She is very professional helpful. She even made photo copies of my papers for me. She has a smile on her face. Definitely go back to her for service.

If i could give this place a zero i would. This is the second time within this month i had to come here. Both times 2 staff were extremely rude. It was only one very kind lady who made the experience better.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had a extremely disappointing experience with one of the employees here. The light-skinned staff member working during my visit had a noticeably rude and dismissive attitude. As a customer, I expect basic professionalism and courtesy, especially at a federal establishment but that was severely lacking in this interaction. Customer service is upmost important part in any business, and I hope management takes the time to address this. A little more respect and friendliness would go a long way in creating a better experience for everyone.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like I have to speak up after what happened today. I went to this post office with my father, who is disabled and suffers from high blood pressure and other serious health conditions. The staff here — especially one specific employee — has consistently been rude and disrespectful every time we visit.
Today, my father lightly touched a stapler without asking, and the employee snapped at him in a very harsh and loud tone. It deeply affected him, and his blood pressure shot up so high that I had to take him to the hospital right after.
This is not how you treat people, especially someone elderly and disabled. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and something needs to be done. This isn’t just about being rude — this caused a real medical emergency for my family.
I hope the management takes this seriously. No one should be treated like this, especially in a government service location where the public comes for help, not humiliation.

I have an international package that’s been stuck at this facility for almost two weeks with no updates. I’ve tried calling the facility multiple times to get answers, and the phone just rings and rings and rings.

Pleasant Experience at Carteret USPS
I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews about the Carteret Post Office, because my experience has always been very positive. Sure, there can be a wait sometimes—but that’s the case at almost any post office. What really stands out to me is how polite and friendly the staff are every time I visit.
Tiffany, in particular, is always so nice and upbeat. She brings a positive energy that makes the whole experience more pleasant. Everyone there seems to genuinely try to help, and it shows.
All in all, I’ve consistently received great service here, and I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of the team.

I’ve been to this post office a lot of times and the girl with the red hair, I think her name is Tiffany. She always helped me, I noticed people would come in and bully her and she remains so sweet and professional. If she stopped working there a lot of people including me would stop coming there! She needs a promotion with all the daily workload and angry customers she has to deal with.

I went to the post office this afternoon and an African American woman with red hair was at the counter to assist me. I was trying to get information from her about an expedited delivery , but the information she gave me kept changing. Once I was done filling out the paperwork and it was my turn to pay , for some reason she told me to stand to the side so she could assist another customer, an African American couple . She took their payment before she finished assisting me and I came before they did. If all I I had to do was pay, why did she take the African American couples payment behind me first? It seems like she was being petty by putting me to the side because I was asking simple, obvious questions that any normal person would ask

Every visit to this place is a disappointment. No way to get a great experience here. I don’t know why they are so rude and inconsiderate. This is a public place and if the work or the people are too much to handle, they should just leave. I’m pretty sure there are other people dying to have a decent job with benefits at this post office. Smh
