“I had a recall on my car which made me unable to drive it. The Dealership didn’t have a loaner so they referred Auto Team. I had to rent from them twice, since the first time I took to dealership the issue was not showing on the tests. AutoTeam was proactive and without excitation took the rental car back. Since it was before the timing we had put for the return, I needed a refund. I didn’t check at the time, so I didn’t receive the refund at that time. Understandable, because if you go there you see how busy they are. Once I noticed I didn’t get the refund, I reached out to them and they resolved the issue right away.I had to rent the car again, since now the issue showed on the dealership test. The lady and the gentleman from the company are very nice, respectful and understanding. They made the whole process which it could be stressful, very smooth.I 100% recommend their services. Their prices are incredibly good, the 2 cars I had were sparkling clean and in perfect condition with great features as well.I will definitely come back to AutoTeam for car needs and already recommended for family and friends.”

“We rented a 10ft Uhaul truck, which is ideal for a 1-2 bedroom apartment. I suggest you have dollies to move your heavier pieces, and load truck smartly as things can shift around. This truck drove very smoothly, had good pick-up with the v-8. This truck does not have a ramp, but is lower to easily step off, load your stuff. Not a complaint, but I would have someone get out, and physically assist when backing up. It can be tricky, and you are blind. Overall great experience, drop off at night no problem, left keys in drop box. This location on Rahway Ave is close to Route 1, and close to adjoining towns.”

“This was the best uhaul location I have ever dealt with. I had to rent trucks twice due to a stressful and hectic move. Both times, they had what I needed and gave me a good price. They were super friendly and both times I needed the trucks longer with short notice and they accommodated me with no issue. “Budget didn't mention on the website ad about the how the price would increase after you add at least the minimum insurance rate which is necessary to get it done , these kind of information you just have once you get at the store no before or when you booked online. So unfortunately the price always will be more than you expect. That's sucks. Even though they got the best price in the market and great news and reliable car In their fleet. Nothing against the store or staff but I think the budget would treat this in crystal clear way. These guys provide a good service at store though , making easier the rental experience. 4 star !”
