Below average place to deliver. 11 pallets to deliver, over 3,5 hours gone and still nowhere near the end. 3 stars for enough parking space and decent restrooms. Typical NJ receiver.

First off the security guard the big black chick was rude but the other black guy was cool. Next the receiving department needs to be retrained. There is an order of operations in logistics. Lastly a green light to a trucker is like a pot of gold. I went to the receiver and I was told to wait. I have been here 4 hours. Mr Porky obviously doesn't care about their business just about their bottom line. Overall very bad place to pick up or deliver.

I wish I could give it 0 starts.The most worst horrible place I have delivered to in my entire carreer. The staff is rude and doesn't help you at all. They keep you there for hours on end. And the fat bafoon at the recieving desk should be fired for various reasons. And they don't accept any form of payment other then efs checks and if you don't have one they won't accept. It's almost 2024 and there are other ways to pay. I got late to my next delivery because of their staff. Disgusting place.

Terrible service once you check in, something needs to be addressed at this ridiculous place, timing is everything for a otr driver now a days. Wrong people running this terrible warehouse chain, remember what comes around goes around it’s a Murphys Law. Ridiculous warehouse management ?????????????

Does anyone know what time they start unloading? It saids their open 24/7 but it’s Labor Day so they are closed so I’m trying to see what time they actually start receiving deliveries??? Thanks in advance

Today 08/28/23Checking time 0518 for 0600 appoitment, I got a door right away, paid lumper 5min later $200 for 7 pallets to make 11 pallets. (I got more stops) seems Nice and easyTime: now 1030 they told me that I have to wait untill they callmeJust got my bills 1059

You know, it’s one thing to be early an hour so you’re checked in and at the dock on time , hopefully. A 6:00 am appointment, hand over my $200.00 lumper at 5:52 am ( already backed in the dock) 10:20 am, and no phone call still a blinking red light on the dock. Unbelievable that molasses pours faster the these people move. Failed to mention that this is my first stop, they only have half a trailer of product. They rolled into the trailer at 8:28 am.

Arrived yo location 1 day before appointment and was quickly assigned a door snd unloaded. Plenty of room to maneuver tractor trailer.

I wouldn't pay somebody to sit behind a counter and stare at their phone and not even acknowledge their suppliers. Total disrespect. Four and a half hours waiting for the bills and still waiting. Only took 10 minutes to unload what part of the load was theirs

8 am app, get the door immediately, lumper can be payed only by physical check they don't now about online payment methods, delivered 4 pallets get out by 11.20 a plus is availability of large parking and easy to back up and convenient highway acces. Stop terrifying drivers to find from somewhere a EFS or another type of Check nobody have them and nobody use them only old school

I load here at least once a month and every single time I come in Calvin who works in the office is so rude. He is always in a bad mood. He plays games on his cell phone while you're talking to him. He will not even give you the respect of setting his game aside while you're at the window. He talks down to drivers and the other employees that do not speak English. Management needs to have a long productive conversation with him. He needs to learn manners and how to treat people. He is not above ANYONE! Understand Calvin!!!

Got here 4am for 5am appointment it’s noon and they call me saying they need an extra set of bills! Like really you guys can’t make a one page copy $375 lumper fee and now I need to wait for my company to fax you over a copy of the bills you already have lazy lazy lazy
