Johnny the “ Rockstar” is the best . His knowledge of all the items in the store. What a man, happy to have him help us and we shall be back for the mattress and TV. We had an issue with our washer and dryer. Johnnie came to the rescue and sold us a great set of beautiful washer and dryer, please thank him for us. P.C. Richard is the best. Johnnie is number #1.

We had an excellent experience at PC Richard & Son, thanks to Scott, our customer service rep. He helped us with our fridge and dishwasher purchase, and his friendly and accommodating demeanor made the process smooth and enjoyable. Scott was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure we found exactly what we needed. Highly recommend asking for Scott if you’re in the market for appliances!

Kyle was the best! A literal genie and so friendly. We came in for a mattress and magically left with a mattress and an iPad we paid zero dollars for because again Kyle is a genie. Always a pleasure!

The employees were very professional and accommodating. We bought a microwave and because it was the floor model there was no manual. They were able to print out the manual for us. Highly recommend P.C. Richard & Son
