Not the best experience with staff member Numan. I was very frustrated with metro because I was helping my parents transfer the phone numbers and I was going from the store speaking to him about it , which he said call Metro and explain everything and Metro will tell me I had to go in stores, well you can imagine my frustration. When I got back to the store to tell Numan my back and forth he decided that I was giving him attitude and that he will no longer “deal” with me since I’m not the client and then proceeded to reprimand me and tell me “ I’m not one of your little friends you get to disrespect or talk to however you want” . I was shocked because I barely said much and didn’t understand were he was getting that conclusion from? I said listen you are not my parent to speak to me in that matter and you’re old enough to know how immature you are . This is not that serious and this is very immature of such a grown man . His response was report me then and I said okay what’s your name he didn’t respond and as I was leaving he shouted a different name and I just walked out .
