I asked them to weld the chain and give me the insurance that broke but they couldn't do it, they just returned it to me with the insurance for a price that wasn't the price, it didn't turn out what I expected

Ruined my watch links and did not follow instructions despite clearly mentioning what I wanted. Overpriced and clearly not aware of how to remove Rado watch links. Pictures speak for themselves. Won’t be going back.

Purchased three earrings last week and experienced great customer service. Everyone was very accommodating and they knew exactly what I was looking for. The prices were reasonable and I walked out of the store with a smile! If you are looking for jewelry, this is the place to stop by!
