“My wife’s Rolex Lady President needed the sapphire crystal to be replaced. Although considered a luxury watch, it’s also a tool and my wife uses it as such. Unfortunately, she had a mishap and she accidentally dropped her watch and the crystal cracked.I brought her watch to Martin Jewelers for the crystal to be replaced. The original estimate was between 6-8 weeks but the work was completed sooner than the estimated time.The cost was very reasonable.In addition to replacing the crystal, they also checked and replaced any worn out parts.The watch was returned in a Rolex leather pouch.Sho Sarkissian was the watch consultant who attended to me. She was knowledgeable regarding the different watch manufacturers and she explained the work that needed to be performed and why.I highly recommend getting your fine watch and other jewelry serviced at Martin Jewelers.”
“I found them on Instagram, sent a few messages back and forth and my necklace was made and shipped within 1 week. They were efficient, quick and friendly. Easy payment via text. They did make me aware of customs charges as I live in Canada so no surprises. The necklace arrived today, it is beautiful and the added touch of the ALB eagle is perfect! Very easy to work! “First off, you will never have better customer service in retail. I would like to personally thank the owners Win and Sue for helping us out in a situation that happened with the Schroths and Lorenson store in Summit. I’d also like to thank Liz Carvahlo because without my initial call to her none of this could have happened. The back story….. my son purchased his wedding band from the Summit store. Two days prior to the wedding, his fiancé went to pick up his ring and upon arrival, saw a note on the door saying that they were closed until the following week. She obviously panicked and called me. I have known Liz for a very long time and my initial thought was to reach out to her. Liz then contacted the owners (during their vacation) and they immediately called me in hopes to help. They explained to me that they are not really affiliated with the store in Summit any longer but that one of their past employees is. They reached out to Rich Foley who then took over. He was also on vacation at the time because the entire industry shuts down early in July. Thankfully, he was a few hours driving distance away. He left his vacation and drove up to his store, was able to get the ring and then actually hand delivered it to my sons wedding venue. I cannot put into words how amazing both stores were in dealing with what could have resulted in my son not having his band on his wedding day. I again, cannot thank everyone involved more for their genuine care in helping us. I will forever be a Schroths customer!Shop Small and Shop Local. This never would have been possible had we been dealing with a big chain”

“Prior to visiting Gerald Peters, I have visited countless Rolex ADs where essentially the same message was conveyed- Little to no inventory with a long waitlist for popular Rolex models. Hearing this was pretty disappointing for me as my husband is a watch enthusiast and is interested in growing his collection. However, my first experience at Gerald Peters has been exceptionally amazing and the customer service received was above and beyond their competitors. Samantha O is the epitome of a professional sales associate. She was very welcoming, had a wealth of knowledge on Rolex watches, transparent with expectations, and was GENUINELY eager to help me find the perfect watch as my anniversary gift to my husband. The very next day after my initial visit, she texted me with an available model that was very close to the preferred/ideal configurations. This prompt action proved that she kept me in mind and was sincerely trying to source the perfect watch as my husband's anniversary gift!
