“Arvin, went over and above in helping me get my vehicle back on the road. My vehicle had been sitting for awhile since I was out of state and I needed a new battery. Arvin wasn’t able to tow my vehicle since I had the emergency brake on. However, he was kind enough to take the dead battery out & told me he would return to put the new one in. He did!Little did I know my vehicle & I was going to need Arvin’s assistants again on the same day. I went to pick up my grandson at the daycare. As I drove into a parking spot my vehicle would not go into Park position. Leaving me to have my foot on the brake until I could call for help. The dealership couldn’t help so I called Arvin from Two Boys Auto and explained my situation. Even though he was off duty he came out of his way with a computer in hand. “Jeff is an absolute Godsend. He showed up on a tip from PennDot - I hadn't even called yet - to save me after a nasty pothole blew out both of my driver's side tires. He went above and beyond to make sure he could safely tow my AWD vehicle (requires a flatbed) and took extra care to avoid scraping (the car rides pretty low) on the ramp. Did it all for an excellent price and even went out of his way to drop me off at home after taking my car to the tire shop since it was like 5am.”

“I called after hours and to my surprise someone answered! He was friendly and very helpful. They were much better than Delaware Auto Salvage, who I called right before them and was very displeased at their customer service. He did say call back the next day to talk to someone about the part I needed. He told me to ask for Angel and again nothing but great service and such a reasonable price for everything I needed. He answered all my questions I asked without sounding rude or annoyed like Delaware did. My mom was also impressed about how nice and friendly they were. If I ever need a car part again Shuster's is the first place I'm gonna contact.”
