Professional guys there came there for a leaking tire my company was playing games and I didnt want to miss my drop so i asked the shop guy to still look at the rim and tire he put some air in it for me and i was out of there. All in all he did all he could!Service: Tires

This place is a total joke. i came for an oil change, and they told me it would be a few hours after 5 hour of waiting they are telling me that they won't take me wasting my time !!! In that time, i could go to a different place. Unprofessional !!!

The lady that works at the service department that answered the phone is very rude, raised her voice at me, put me on hold without letting me finish my sentence and then wouldn't answer the phone. Thank God there is a reasonable gentlemen working there that was able to provide us with accurate info regarding the breakdown.

They need to check and update their hours. I came here at 7:30 PM it was closed. I called the rep told me they will open 6 AM. At 6:30 AM the gentleman in the store told me they open 8 AM. 6 -10 pm is not the real time . Please don’t plan your maintenance based on 6-10PM

Andrew a manager on loan to this location from the Raphine VA location was extremely helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. Andrew went way beyond the normal good service. He spent his own money to buy drill bits so that he could get me rolling again, and rolling in a timely manner. He made what was a situation that would have turned me against this location into an experience that will have me returning everytime I am in need of repairs and I'm in the Carney's Point area. I highly recommend Andrew and the Carney's Point Southern Tire Mart.

The service Desk lady was rude it took 4 hrs to get in and it was obvious from the start her and the tec only wanted to sell a new tire. Thy didnt even pull the tire off the truck called my shop and the desk girl got a major attitude with my shop asking questions and wanting pics of the damage on the tire. Was then told Thy would not fix the tire and to get out..

there was such a case today. made a shower reservation from the phone. I got the code and the number of the boar. I try to enter. I dialed the code five times, on the sixth the reserve was disconnected from the phone. I went to the checkout and they tell me to buy again, you’re late. It would not be a shame if there was a queue. no one was there and many cabins were just dirty.
