My truck was towed by this company. I keep spare parts and tools to avoid costly repairs. My brake pads are missing from my truck. Avoid this company at all cost. Make sure you get a release form. They don’t allow you to get anything out of the vehicle unless paid. I couldn’t even get my wallet.

Worst tow company I have ever dealt with. My daughter went to the yard to get some personal belongings out of her car the morning after someone hit her car and totaled it. Everyone in the office was extremely rude and said she couldn't get her belongings until she gave them the title and $155 for the tow. Their contract with the state specifically states that all personal belongings must be given to the owner upon request during normal business hours at zero charge. They said they didn't care what it said. I went to the office to pay the bill because it was stuff she needed for school and was told that they do accept credit card payments but in this circumstance they would only accept cash. I will be reporting this complete disregard to the contract they signed to all necessary parties.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The women answering the phones was the most disrespectful, rude, liar I ever delt with. Yells and hangs up on people and accuses them when it is really her I would never recommend there tow service to anyone.

My hubby was in a serious car accident and unconscious for 7 days. Called Riehls' & they claimed to have no record of our vehicle. After another week goes by we call State Police who say Riehls' has our car. Call back to Riehls' to get stuff from vehicle and they couldn't wait 10 minutes (close to closing but 10 minutes to help out a customer who is temporarily disabled??). Go back the next day, after calling first, and we got there to find the vehicle was already taken 30 miles to another facility. Not happy with lack of/non-existent customer service & bad info. You can see how bad the accident was by condition of vehicle so why not help a customer out?

Fast & friendly. I had a car towed from Wilmington, DE to a GM service center in Carneys Point for a recall issue. After three other towing companies decided they did not want to cross the bridge to deliver the car back to Wilmington, Riehls steeped up to the plate! Just over an hour after they were contacted, which is what they quoted, the car was dropped off in front of my house. Excellent customer service.
