The staff and manager treat drivers like thieves.
The staff at this gas station should be in psychiatric care, not customer service.

I have been on the road for 6 years and never in a pilot have they given such bad service. The showers don't work. The staff treats you badly. Bad service. In truth, I will never stop here again for no reason. I hate this place.

This is a very small truck stop got 10 parking slips they have a subway good customer service

Employees were courteous and happy, the shower was clean, the bathroom was clean, a small Travel Center but w a big heart! Thank you!

Friendly Customer Service but the store is small. They have Subway but no food served at pilot side, coffee and hot dogs.
They have about 2 showers and you will have to wait for a while most of the time, showers are not Automated as of today May 25th 2024.

I’m really upset there is very little place to park the people that work inside extremely rude. The subway had flies flying all around the food and I was hungry. Asked him if I could get a scoop of chicken for my dog and they told me no I was willing to pay for it you know it’s like getting a sandwich and getting an extra extra chicken on it that’s all well instead of putting it on on the sandwich just put it in the in the in the bowl for me they couldn’t do that Awful place to stay away from fuel has fuel spilt all over the ground everywhere there are flies flying around there is trash everywhere. The showers are filthy, filthy, dirty I went into get a shower in the last president was there. His face cloth and towel was still there. The mirror hadn’t been washed and cleaned, and who knows when it was no hot water coming out of the faucet the water was just lukewarm , this place is an absolute dump stay away

Waited in line at Subway for a few minutes as a worker is making a sandwich for another customer in front of us. She hands the man his sandwich to then turn to tell me and my daughter they are closed. No one behind us and she saw us standing there waiting…could have made an easy $40 sale vs being rude.

the best truck stop within a 100 mile radius, very tasty hot dogs and coffee, there are 4 small tables to eat

Don’t recommend, we got in line with my kids at Subway and was told they are closing for lunch while a gentleman was in front of me having his sandwich made. They did offer premade sandwiches that were made in the morning and it was 1300L/1 PM. Lost our business as we would have ordered 5x sandwich’s with meals, on to the next exit..
