Flowers were delivered on the wrong day, called and asked for manager, I didn't receive a message or anything, manager stated she did & was rather unprofessional in her tone. Overall issue was fixed with a redelivery of my order on the correct day.

Not even remotely similar to what was ordered. For $125! Please beware, when ordering from 1800 flowers. Evidently they simply sent what they had. The deflated ballon attached with floral tape was a nice touch! ???

I ordered an arrangement for a friends funeral using the website today for delivery to the funeral home on 3/15. The date was available. I made my payment and even called the store to make sure a typo I discovered on the card was corrected. No problem everything was all set. About an hour later a lady named Tony called me to advise all designers had left and my delivery would not take place. The only option available to me was either I gave an address of a family member for delivery or I could have a refund tomorrow when the manager came in. I advised this was unacceptable. I needed a refund today in order to attempt to purchase an arrangement somewhere else and was denied. I demanded to speak. I called back and asked Tony to call the manager and was told I am not the boss and hung up on again. with a manager and was hung up on. My money was taken and I was meant with poor service at already a very difficult time. I would not recommend and manager never called me back as promised.Edit: I spoke with the manager this morning who was very apologetic and assured me a refund was process last night but takes time to process. She was very empathic and advised the website is being updated to possibly prevent from happing in the future.
