We were on our way to NC and I had to stop because I couldn't keep my eyes open any longer. It had the appearance of clean but saw a roach in the bathroom. One on the wall killed but was left there for evidence. I don't know who kills a bug and not wipe it off and throw it out. So disgusting!!!! I felt itchy, my son felt itchy we could not sleep there at all. My husband was able to do so. Waited for my husband and we got back on the road and we had to stop again at a truck rest stop and I was able to sleep in my car.

Got a room, only to find out it was under construction....Room had roaches, and was in disrepair.I was told remodeling would start on Monday, but my experience was not worth the $69 they changed me for the room.They do have parking for semi trucks, and it's right next to a bar that serves good food.

I wish I could give zero stars, my fridge door isn't attached and doesn't get cold, there are ROACHES EVERYWHERE and woke up last night with one crawling on me (in every single room, cause if one has them they ALLLLLLL DO), the shower doesn't work and the shower cutrain was so molded and falling apart we had to buy our own (which was pointless since the shower doesnt work lol, and the floor is so disgusting the bottoms of my white shoes are now black. We carpet-cleaned this room and it's still absolutely filthy, we even had to . The "free wifi" doesn't work unless you're right NEXT to the office and it took them 3 days to give us the password for said crappy wifi. Honestly, I wish there was another option and somewhere else we could go but unfortunately there's not. These people should be absolutely ashamed of this place. It's a total shame too cause with the right TLC this place could be a gold mine. We've been here since Saturday and have been told every day that a maintenance worker has been coming and nothing. These people are dirty and this place should be shut the he** down.

This is one of the most nasty dirty roach infested and mismanaged motels in all of South Jersey, actually in the whole country. The 2 females (I can’t even call them ladys because they are nasty and disgusting too) named Viola and Precious) who run the lobby are rude to just about everyone. Watch out if you pay in cash because quite often they will pocket some or all of the money and then say you aren’t paid up. Also…. Be very careful at night in this location, the word UNSAFE is a huge understatement!!Check out the picture…. I put down some sticky pads for the infestation!!

I’ve been to a lot of budget hotels in my 51 years so far on this earth. But this hotel is by far the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. Had a 6 day stay the hotel is very dirty,has roaches and gnats. The bathroom was nasty the grout was cracking and peeling from around the tub and toilet. The hot water was scalding hot and there was no cold water in the shower. Everyday I inquired about this to the staff and manager the only answers I received were the plumber would be there tomorrow for 6 days straight it was always tomorrow. On the last day of my visit I was given the same answer. I then requested a partial refund of the money I paid and the lady at the desk said she would ask the manager. Later on she said she couldn’t get ahold of the manager. Also the dresser in the room one of the drawers was broken. The linens were stained or dirty. The blanket had what looked like cigarette burns in it. Simply put I will never stay in this hotel again let alone recommend it.

This place is the worst place I've ever been!! They're roach and bed bug infested, and filthy, rude and just plain ignorant and I'm appalled at the people that r allowed to stay there and the activities that r allowed to go ignored by management!! But they'll throw out descent, clean, quiet motel- goers with some b******* reason!!!

This hotel has roaches gnats living in the pipes that feed off the food in your garbage can and grow into full-fledged flies within days. I have to pour bleach down the tubes just to make the flies die before they become adults. They have never changed the bed sheets they do not give any towels to us and on top of that I was jumped in the parking lot for knocking on someone's door and more windows have been broken. People are dying left and right from suicide to even being put guns to their face. This is not a good hotel

Now after everything is said and done in the same day Viola the manager her daughter is attacking me from 152 which is on the same exact block is me so I would not come to the Friendship Motor Inn at all it's a very dangerous place with very dangerous people and there's really no reason for it
