I come here alot . There is a woman who helps me alot . She has an accent and is very helpful and she works late night early morning .I find that they have alot of what I am needing here but prices are way too high and they make it difficult to get any savings you have to download the app and everything is cheaper if you buy it online and pick it up in the store . Also they are not organized when it comes to what is on clearance they have different products in the wrong place so it becomes confusing. Store is clean and it is open 24 hours not like other stores nowadays.

I should have read all the reviews here prior to sending my prescription.. as others have said this is by far the worst pharmacy. Was told to come back in an hour as it 'wasn't ready', and now 90 minutes later still nothing. Service is atrocious. Please GO ELSEWHERE, you'll be so happy you did.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. The person who gave me the medicine literally threw it on the table instead of handing it to me. In such a rude manner. Only came here because I couldn't find the medicine anywhere.

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever gone to, and easily takes the spot of worst pharmacy I've ever gone to. You can be first in line, have already paid for you prescription you've been told is ready, and still wait 20 minutes for them to find it. One of the pharmacists is the most rude, unprofessional, and ignorant pharmacists I've ever dealt with. I long ago decided that I would drive 45 minutes out of my way to go to my old pharmacy to avoid this one, but I needed some Allegra. I didn't think putting an order in for pickup would be a big deal. I was given an already open bottle of allegra. One they had written "opened" on the back of. The fact that it got to me is disgusting and dangerous. Stay away.

I picked up my prescription and when I got home there were medication guides for 2 different medications. One for arthritis and the other for depression. The description of the pill said light yellow but what I receved looked white. I called pharmacy and was on hold for 20 minutes. Now I have to go back to the pharmacy so they can make sure I have the correct medication. Also it always takes a long time for them to fill a prescription. Needless to say I will be changing my pharmacy.

I love the convenience of the drive-thru. Helpful staff and fairly decent prices with a wide range of goods available for purchase.

This place is OUT OF CONTROL !I MEAN REALLY OUT OF CONTROL!I was there this evening in the drive thru lane. The young man behind the window was taking so long that I told him I didn't want the person behind me to be waiting so I would go behind them so they could taken care of. When I pulled back up to the window to complete my purchase with him HE WAS NO LONGER THERE.However if you can believe this he CRAWLED past the drive-up window inside and exited out of the pharmacy door so he didn't have to take care of me. CAN YOU IMAGINE!!A young girl was now there at the drive-up window who now told me that I could not get my medication until the 17th of March. Keep in mind the pharmacist ordered my prescription specifically for me and told me to pick it up on Monday. In addition I also received a text telling me to pick it up it was now ready. When I questioned her how that could be she just repeated to me that I couldn't get it until the 17th.I then proceeded into the store where the pharmacist on duty finally was able to get things squared up.This Walgreens should give out free blood pressure meds to people that have to deal with the incompetency of their employee!IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GIVE NO STARS I WOULD.I will be forwarding this terrible experience to the CEO of Walgreens Tim Wentworth in Deerfield IL in hopes that he can do something at this location to give better service to the people of Carlstadt and the surrounding area.Nick T.

After testing positive for Covid 19 using a home test, my employer required an additional lab test.I saw walgreens did testing at their pharmacy, and I scheduled an appt for later in the day, 4:15pmI received a confirmation and reminder.I arrived early and was given paperwork. I had already tested positive, so I was foggy. Thankfully, I noticed they gave me paperwork for vaccine consents! Covid and flu, and I am allergic to flu vaccine.They ran both through my insurance, and finally when I saw they gave me the wrong paperwork, I reminded the young lady I was positive for covid and wanting a lab test confirmation of such.She talked to manager who told me the pharmacist on call does not know how to do the testing she asked that I come tomorrow. REALLY???All this, in 30 degree weather and having a fever....I made the appointment early morning, there is absolutely no excuse for such incompetence! If you are in need, save yourself the additonal headache and go elsewhere!!!. Luckily I noticed before I had 2 needles in my arm..TOTAL DISGRACE!

The process to order online and pick up at the store is a nightmare!! No item availability, I'm not sure why they give you a substitute option if they do not utilize it. ??I had to call corporate to get assistance. Thankfully they were able to help. Store manager wasn't able to assist. Never ordering pickup at the store again!!!
