I'm writing a bad review because this office I send activated gift card supposedly for my nephew and I bought also the birthday card there and everything I give it to the clerk she gives it she knows that it's activated she activates it herself she's the one who offers the posters if I want postage on my envelope instead of offering a secured insured envelope to send to my nephew she just mailed it out regular and then my nephew calls me and tells me never recvd letter after two weeks he never received mind you a week pass by??even white steal

If you're going to close for lunch for an hour and a half, maybe you should put that on your website. Soooooo inconvenient closing 12:30-2:00 pm. This is the only post office I have come across that CLOSES for lunch. Others need to utilize your services on their lunch hour.

The post office is open from 8:30am -4pm. The only time i can come is during my lunch break. This is the second time i come during lunch break. I get here by 12:30pm and there’s already a break sign on the door saying “we will be back by 1:45pm” they take a 1hr and 15 minute break. This is not OKAY!

Lost my shipment because of a mistake from the mailman .. went to the office, the lady (supervisor I guess) came with me to the mailboxes of the plaza and couldn’t find it. She got my number to call me back but she never called. I went to them again to check on my lost package but didn’t find her. Other lady took my number and promised that she will call me back but never did.Don’t know what to say or what to do in this situation.!

This place doesn't even deserve one star! What a poorly managed facility! The African American who works the counter is rude beyond belief, unprofessional, incompetent, and shouldn't have a job there. Today while I was in the middle of requesting help from her, she left the building! How does someone like this have a government job? ( Then again our government is poorly run as well) Unbelievable! I find myself going to neighboring town's post office instead where their employees are professional.

This post office has to be the most laziest office in Bergen county. They work from 8:30am to 12:30pm. Two hour lunch until 2pm... Then off at 4pm. All the people have to take the lunch break at the same time??Lazy. Horrible. Skip this post office. Works a 5 hr day. Don't waste your time.

Took them 5 days to scan in a package in their warehouse only for them to "attempt" to deliver my package which never arrived. They were supposed to call/email me regarding the status of my package and nothing. I've been trying to call the store and noone ever picks up. Horrible service from this location.

The Carlstadt Post Office used to be a great post office, but not anymore. The person (black female) working the counter is rude, lazy and just plain nasty. She hides out in the back making people wait and actually yells at you if you ring the bell for service. The absolute nerve of her!! I never in my life came across someone so nasty and lazy. She sadly reinforces the stereotypical awful reputation that postal workers have. Someone needs to address this ongoing issue and hire people who are helpful, courteous and willing to work.

Visit this branch everyday mailing numerous packages and have never had an issue.Yes they are a small branch and sometimes they get busy. They also appear to be short staffed like so many other businesses right now but they have always worked with me to drop off my packages and minimize the wait.

Lady denyed my letter to send told me it cost more when I shipped with other offices many times supervisors wouldn’t give me his name and lady wouldn’t give me hers told me to ride my bike to Rutherford to ship it and talk with post master when I arrived in Rutherford post master wasn’t available anymore yet the supervisor took care of me and shipped my letters no way to mark a report they cover for this lady she worked in East Rutherford and I had a issue with her now she’s in the other location she worked here for 30 years and they cover for her
