Super disorganised service. Showed up extremely late and required me to call the warehouses plus the main office almost every day because they kept forgetting to process my move. Doesn’t deliver on weekends

I used U-pack to move from New Jersey to New Mexico. On the cost front, they beat out everyone - including me renting a truck and doing the move wholly alone. After car towing, gas, migraines, and rampant hidden costs, U-pack saved me over 2K over renting a truck. It also saved me from having to inflict the discomfort of a rental truck on my cat over a three day drive. U-pack made the move much more tolerable. The customer service was excellent. I did have a little trouble getting the truck picked up, but the storage facility in NM was understanding and worked with me on the pick-up. All-in-all I am very pleased with U-pack, and should I ever move long distance again, they will be my first call.

I am from new mexico and use this moving service to new jersey in teaneck. At first every thing was a smooth sail, trailer arrives in new mexico load my stufs then they shipped it to nj. I need to fly from nm to nj to received it and when I contacted upack their agent named Joan is very transactional, arrogant and unprofessional. The only thing that i asked is to deliver the trailer and she keeps declaring that my trailer is on hold, and they can only deliver it if I instruct the storage facility that i rented to email them jist because of her reason that they might get a parking ticket, however the facility has their own parking space for the trailer whick even the storage peeps got confused why thia upack agent uses that kind of reasoning. Which also makes me flared up and asked for a manager then after few a sudden change that they can send it the next day. Even talked with this agent for an hour which should be that much . I understand their is a process but, this kind of attitude and unprofessionalism act makes a good company goes down. Feel sorry for upack.

I used U-Pack to move from Seattle to New Jersey. I was worried at first because I was living in downtown and moved to a downtown area and I wasn't sure where they would place the ReloCube as the space in both areas were limited. However, it worked out well, I was able to get parking permit for both areas but we had a little tension in New Jersey when they were dropping the Relocube as it's a heavy traffic area. Eventually it worked out well, our stuff was here, and their price is pretty competitive.

From start to finish, U-Pack provided us with a great experience. We had searched ,multiple moving pod services and decided on U-Pack. We were so glad that we chose them.From the beginning, obtaining a quote...customer service was nice & friendly. They provided us with a reasonable quote for one pod for our move from NJ to Florida.Once booked, we also received text messages as well as emails throughout.Due to my closing date for my condo in NJ, we had to reschedule the pod drop-off date a few times and customer service was always understanding, honored our original quote and found us the best dates every time we had to reschedule.The Drop-off went well...they called when they are 1hr away and then again once they arrived. Explained the pod to us, etc. The pod was in excellent condition, clean and the E-Track system within the pod worked out great for latching straps.a few days later, it was picked it up as planned.We paid the additional fee to guarantee us a 3-day arrival to our residence in Florida and it definitely arrived on time...actually an hour or two earlier than expected. Once again they called when they were 1hr or so away then again at arrival. The service was friendly upon arrival.If you're looking for a moving pod service...I'd highly recommend U-Pack , you'll be pleased...I know we were! I'd gladly use them again!

Used them for a inter-state move with a 26' trailer. Dropoff/pickup was timely, everyone was extremely friendly, and the cost was amazing compared to other self-move/storage services. Had to store items on the truck for a few days between the move, and they just held it at the facility. I almost went with a different service, and called this company for a final quote, and I'm really glad I did. I can't imagine too many people raving about a moving company, but I have been.

Would give it a 0 if I could. Delivered my cube to the wrong address, told me they'd deliver mine to me and instead I had to go and pick up my stuff from their yard where I waited several hours after they told me they had delivered it to the wrong address the night before. If you can't differentiate between 558 and 885, please don't operate a logistics business.

Relocating from New Jersey to Florida was not going to be inexpensive. I looked at moving companies, do-it-yourself U-Haul style, or UPack with a rental van to drive us down. I ended up doing the hybrid method of renting a van for odds and ends and driving to Florida, and letting UPack drive the big stuff. Although I probably didn't save MUCH money doing it this way, I think the hybrid way of half-freight, half-self move is probably the most cost effectivec and the most comfortable. The Relocube cost around $1450 and arrived within a few days of our arrival at our new home in Florida. Once the pod was empty and we called UPack to come get it, they did so within a few Overall, I found UPack to be VERY responsive, professional, and helpful. Hire with confidence.

I moved with U-Pack from Manhattan to California. I called a bunch of companies and U-Pack had the most competitive price. I was also able to negotiate on the phone as well. Yes, you do have to do your own packing and loading, but ultimately it's worth the cost.My biggest worry was loading with a live trailer in crowded Manhattan. I lucked out that a neighbor's car has locked out the parking spots in front of our apartment building and I simply asked them to move. I recommend you get a couple of friends/neighbors together to hold your space.The driver was courteous and helped with putting down the ramp, putting up the barrier after I was done loading and putting back the ramp. Basically he took care of everything except for the loading of your packages themselves.The trailer arrived some 11 days later in California and everything was fine.
