My check engine light came on a couple weeks prior to a cross country move which was unsettling to say the least! Charles looked up the code and determined it was an easy and quick fix (I don’t even think he charged me for it). He then changed the oil and all the filters, checked tires, brakes, a/c, ensuring that it was good to make the journey. The prices were extremely reasonable for the work done but the friendliness and honesty of this man is why I highly recommend this business. It’s so easy for repair people to oversell, overcharge or try to get you to pay more for stuff that isn’t needed. Charles didn’t do that at all. An overall great guy.

I called in to Paul's Service looking for a mechanic who would do a pre-sale inspection for me from a dealer located close by (Project One Auto) and was lucky to find Charles. He not only was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions but went at the inspection with a thoroughness and detail that really impressed me. Not only was he very honest in reporting back to me, his assessment over the phone about the condition of the car was so rigorous I even felt bad for taking up so much of his time! (He even went over the Carfax report beforehand!) It took a lot to give me peace of mind about buying a used car without seeing it myself but Charles was so thorough that I felt confident in responding to the dealer and getting them to take care of some very material things before completing the sale.Services: Vehicle safety inspection

I went into the shop today feeling let down and tired. Paul's almost immediately made me feel at ease after I explained what happened at the last mechanic.... he jumped into action and made sure I could safely travel to Ohio tomorrow and you know drive the car home. I felt seen, heard, and he even educated me and explained what was truly happening with my car. I will be recommending Pauls to all the women (and other humans) I know from here on out. Thanks again Paul's, see you for the next time I need help and service!

After reading all the positive reviews I dropped my car off on a Friday. Got a call Monday that my car was fixed and ready. When i picked up the car, Charles showed me the problem was an axle that snapped in half. Considering they close on weekends I wasn't expecting to have my car back so fast. Fast friendly service, and the price for my repair was very reasonable. Ignore any bad reviews you see, Paul's Service is great I will be returning for any future repairs.

I contacted this shop from out of state to assist with a PPI. Just after speaking on the phone with Charles, you can tell he is a very honest and genuine guy. Immediately he went out of his way to provide opinions, ways to help with my case, and freed up time for me. I cannot thank you enough for your care and willingness to make sure everything went well.
