Best bed frame in the business! You could wrestle a moose on it, and it doesn’t slip, slide, or squeak. It’s built like a tank.They take care of their customers. I bought a Queen frame, 3 years ago. This week we purchased a King bed. I called to buy rails to transform it from Queen to a King.Josh and Marisol took care of me on the first phone call. Boom, it’s in the mail for delivery.I chose this particular frame because it 100% will guarantee a proper foundation for your mattress and box spring. We've had several of their frames and very happy with them. When movers damaged the plastic bushings trying to remove the wheels - they shouldn't have - Knickerbocker sent replacements for free no questions asked. and these are 20+ year old frames.

I wanted to share a quick story, to ensure that everyone knows what PHENOMENAL customer service Knickerbocker provides. In February of 2014, I purchased a metal bed frame from my local Sleepy's store. I had chosen the Knickerbocker frame based on price, and reviews online. when I got it home, it proved to be very durable, stable, and very easy to put together. I was happy with my purchase. What made this purchase even more worth it, is what happens next. In March of 2015 I moved into a new apartment. My friend who had dismantled my bed and helped me move, somehow lost all the screws and plugs that came with the frame during my transition. So, I decided to return to the local Sleepy's store to see if they sold replacement parts. The representative there was not to helpful. I felt like I was laughed off, and the representative advised me I should maybe go to the local Home Depot store to buy new screws. I did agree that was a good idea, but there are millions of screws in all different sizes and I didn't know which ones would fit properly, to ensure the bed was safe. The representative then mentioned to me, that the manufacturer was a very large corporation and maybe I could contact them for some guidance. That was the best advice I had gotten. Upon contacting Knickerbocker via an email address I found on their website, I was contacted only moments later. I was so very impressed that they responded soo quickly. In my original email, I asked if I'll be able to purchase replacement screws and plugs either from them directly, or from a store nearby. If not I would be happy knowing what size screws I needed to purchase. The gentleman from Knickerbocker, Michael Reinheimer, went beyond my expectation - and offered to send me new replacement pieces - at NO cost! The best part, he did not know how I felt about the representative from Sleepys. He just offered to do it automatically. What company do you know, that will offer to send you something for free when you're offering to pay? This may seem like something very small, but I work with the public and I know that this is something not seen too often. Every single customer interaction counts, and this one made a big impact on me. I will surely be recommending Knickerbocker to all my friends and family for their bed support needs. Not only are there products reliable, their customer service representatives are MOST helpful, and are taking plays from the older days - when personal touch and HELPING people was a MUST. Thank you Michael, and thank you knickerbocker for being a large company who still cares!
