100 Paterson Plank Rd, Carlstadt“We had a great stay at SpringHill suites! The front desk staff, including Ethan, was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early which was great, as we got extra time to hang out in the pool with the kids. The rooms were very clean and cozy with a couch and mini fridge, as described in the images prior to booking. There was a cozy fire out in the front of the hotel and in the lobby as well which the kids enjoyed watching. The bathroom door is a sliding door, and there is a gap that you could see in but as we were with family we respected everyone’s privacy and didn’t mind. Would definitely stay again!”

24 John St, New York“We were very happy with the hotel. The rooms were very attractive and clean. Particularly noteworthy is the authentic friendliness of the staff. We were also happy with the location. The location is ideal for exploring the south of Manhattan or taking the ferry to Brooklyn/Williamsburg. The hotel is also in a quiet location by New York standards. Especially compared to Midtown, it is quieter and there are fewer strange characters walking around. However, you can hear air conditioning and other pipes. We could live with that.”
“I gave 4 stars because I hate that high end hotels do not make it convenient for guest. I like doing my own laundry and I only drink certain liquids BUT we don’t have access to refrigerator without charge. They did have filtered water in our suite which I truly appreciated. They also have turndown service in evening. These things and being very safe and quiet make it worth the stay.
The hotel itself and staff are very nice. Great location. Certain rooms allow view of Statue of Liberty and New Jersey across Hudson River. It’s near the Brookfield mall and about 1 mile from World Trade Center memorial.
The gym is very nice and clean. The only issue was there were 3 peloton bikes but only 1 worked.
Rooms: We stayed in suite which den had let out sofa. The coffee is delicious!!!
Safety: Very very safe area and quiet”
“New, clean hotel, with essential services suitable for the frenetic life of New York. The strong point is the location, in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, one of the coolest areas, literally a stone's throw from the Empire State Building, Grand Central, Macy's, Bryant Park, and so on and so forth. The staff is friendly and available to satisfy any extra requests. A mention for the kindness of the housekeepers and the Grab & Go room attendant. The latter was much appreciated, at any time of the day it is possible to refresh yourself with a hot coffee. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family for a trip to the big apple.”

“I took 1 star off the rooms, which were very nice, but so small for my husband who is in a wheelchair. Even the walker we use to get him a few steps proved challenging to use in the bathroom & to get him in the bed. Luckily we were only there 2 nights because there’s no way we could have worked around the challenges we faced for longer than that. The service we received was excellent, from check in to check out. It’s in a very convenient area for going to Broadway shows. I highly recommended Margaritaville Resort as great place to stay.”

This was pictured from level 9.The nearest station is about 5-7 minutes walk, which is easy to catch if you want to go uptown, there is also plenty of cabs coming in from Brooklyn. Thanks for the hospitality Hyatt team :)”

242 W 76th St, Manhattan“Dear Wallace Hotel Team,
I recently booked a room at The Wallace Hotel for my parents, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience they had.
From the moment they arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and provided all the amenities they could have asked for. The location was perfect for exploring New York City, and they appreciated the quiet and comfort of the hotel after a busy day.
One highlight of their stay was the outstanding service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my parents' comfort and satisfaction, making their stay truly memorable.
I would like to give a special thanks to Kira Santiago, the Assistant Director of Rooms, for her genuine care in ensuring my parents had the perfect stay. Kira's attention to detail and warm hospitality made a significant difference. She took the time to understand their needs and went out of her way to accommodate them. Whether it was arranging special amenities in their room or providing personalized recommendations for local attractions, Kira's efforts were truly appreciated.
Additionally, I want to acknowledge doormen Jaysean and Juan for their exceptional assistance and friendliness. Their warm greetings and helpfulness made my parents feel welcome every time they entered or left the hotel. They always had a smile on their faces and were ready to assist with anything my parents needed, from carrying luggage to providing directions.
I highly recommend The Wallace Hotel to anyone visiting the city and suggest stopping by the Wallace Lounge for live music and lovely cocktails. It’s a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.
Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for my parents.
Sophie Bennett

49 W 44th St, New York“I stay here almost once or twice a month and love the staff and amenities and location. Thank you! The one problem i struggle with is the lack of coffee. No coffee maker in room, none available upon request, and the lobby coffee isn’t available until 7am, which is way too late. Your only option is to walk across street at 6am, which is also not attractive. If they can figure this out this may be the only hotel i stay in NYC from now on, otherwise i may need to find another place!”

242 W 123rd St, New York“When we were searching for properties for our visit to New York this month, we were so surprised to find the Harlem Flophouse, due to its uniqueness and competitive price.
It came for us to arrive and straight away we knew we made the right choice. The interior was so unique and inspiring, that you felt you were being transported back to the past. The checking in process was simple and when we arrived to our room, Rene had made a hand written sign with my wife's name on it and when we entered the room, the radio was playing with jazz, that fitted perfectly.
The room was fantastic and the facilities were just what we needed for our stay and despite people having concerns about sharing a bathroom with other guests, there were no issues at all for us.
We even had the privilege of meeting Rene's cat who welcomed us home after a night out, who was very friendly and even showed us to our room too.
When we were leaving, we met Rene, who was as friendly and inviting as the property.
Overall, The Harlem Flophouse is a cool jewel set in New York and we will definitely be back and I encourage others to go there for the experience.

“Location was very good. There was a WholeFoods at the end of the block and a cute coffee shop ( Variety) nearby.Loved near by bar Oscar Wildes and brunch place Grey Dog for brunch. The Hotel was clean and modern. The standard room was VERY small -about 200 sq ft.However, we didn’t spend too much time in the rooms. It’s NYC! We were out the whole day and just crashed here at night.”

15 Gold St, New York“Gild Hall is a perfect, quaint boutique hotel with a lot of charm. The ambiance of the hotel is added to by the restaurant and bar all attached and open to guests as well as the public. The location was perfect for my wife and I to spend a night in the Financial District, happy hour drinks, a good meal, and a show in Brooklyn all within such close distance. Rooms were a good size, very clean, and with a modern design. I will definitely look to stay here again anytime I have events upcoming in Manhattan.”

123 Nassau St, New York“The Beekman is beautiful. We booked a basic room and it was small, but standard I'm sure for New York. One thing that did frustrate us was that, in a room with extremely limited space, the hotel chose to take up a huge chunk of it with a snack and beverage cart (with snacks and beverages that were not complimentary). It feels very odd that a 5 start hotel would try to nickel and dime you with chips and bottled water. There was a mini fridge under the cart, so we thought that it at least served some kind of purpose, but when we went to put leftovers in there we found it to be completely packed to the brim with more drinks that we had to pay for to drink. We weren't even able to use a basic hotel room amenity because they were trying so hard to sell us stuff! It cheapened the experience for us a bit. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of space for the two of us to get ready. Room service was wonderful and came twice a day, once for cleaning and again for turn down service. We only had one issue that we needed help with and concierge was very helpful and efficient. The hotel was quiet for the most part, but our room was not facing any main street. We did notice that the hotel has a lot of younger patrons, and hosts a lot of events (there were like 4 weddings while we were there), so there was some unruly hallway noise late at night. It woke us up a few times but not enough to really cause an issue. Based on less than stellar reviews, we chose not to eat at the restaurant(s) or bar, but they were packed every single night. If you want to eat there, you probably need a reservation! We enjoyed our stay overall, but would probably not book again only because we found ourselves spending so much time walking to other neighborhoods for food, drinks, shopping, and activities. If the Beekman is close to the things you want to do, I would recommend!”

701 7th Ave, New York“EVERYTHING DONE RIGHT Clean, serene, hot scene. What else do you want to know The Times Square Edition ticks all the boxes Gorgeous staff, gorgeous decor, and gorgeous spaces. The meals were amazing, the staff were amazing, and seriously good mixologists at the bar. (We had guests ---- picky epicurean guests ---- and they were universally complimentary) Our niggles: just a few actually. The rooms are cute if a little small. Closet space is negligible. The elevators can be a little slow at peak times (and there is no way to go straight from room s to a street -- although that is probably a good idea in these times). The other niggle? The room rates! At some times, have your "heart medication" to hand and banker on speed sis to take out a second mortgage. ( Yes -- that expensive!) Other than those minor items? An urban gem!”

145 E 50th St, New York“Excellent customer service and overall experience from the second our cab pulled up! The room was perfectly clean, including the bathroom and kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast room service is exceptional, dinner, not so much. At least what we ordered for dinner wasn't good. It was the fettuccine and suppose to be a white wine sauce if I remember correctly. The pasta tasted microwaved, and there was hardly any sauce. A better bet would be to go to the Italian restaurant downstairs for dinner, and the restaurant upstairs (where room service is from) for breakfast. We LOVED our French toast, potatoes and peppers, sausage, and berries. So so good. We ordered pastries the next morning and those were really good too. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job as well! We will be back :-)”

From the outside it might look like a small no name hotel, but once you get inside you realize what a nice hotel this is. It is extremely nice clean and the staff is very accommodating. Check in and check out or lightning fast. Got a little fridge, microwave safe the furniture is nice and newer and the sheets are clean and comfortable. This place is literally at the entrance to the Holland Tunnel and the train to go into new york. But most importantly it's free parking! Literally the only hotel in 100 miles that has free parkingI travel all over for work and stay at several hotels per month. The vibe is great, the rooms are larger than most other hotels in its class, and the staff is terrific. I want to give a special mention to Roger at the front of the house. He is friendly, upbeat, and helpful and gets you off to a great start to your stay. Andy R.”
“Great, central location. Times Square and other interesting locations are within walking distance. The bus and subway stations are nearby. The rooms are fine and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The highlight is the breakfast buffet, where you have a large selection and plenty to feast on.The staff is friendly. We will be back definitely.”
“Wow. What a treat. From the moment you enter, the personalized service exceeds expectations. Details matter and that have it down. Rooms are chic and spacious. The rooftop bar has a stunning skyline view at sunset, the perfect start to a long evening regardless of where you go for dinner, but don’t miss the food in both restaurants, designed by Pierre Gagnaire. Head to Tsistou, their speakeasy off the lobby, for a nightcap and ask for AJ. The absolute best! Bring your black card. $$$$”

189 Bowery, New York“We loved our 5 nights stay at Citizen M Bowery. Check-in was great despite the app not working properly. The front desk made sure we got a great room and it didn’t disappoint! As far as we know, all rooms are the same across all their hotels and focus on quality rather than size (great bed, great pillow, great showers). We stayed in many of their hotels before and the quality remains consistent. The stay would have been 5 stars but we were unlucky and had a couple issues with the rooms (the door lock broke and we ended up being locked up but more importantly the heating / airco wasn’t working properly and the room was cold for the last 3 days of our stay ). We were offered drink vouchers for the inconvenience. Overall we still recommend this location and would consider it again for a next visit to NYC.”
“Beautiful apartments in a very good location. 10 minutes walk to WTC, 3 minutes to Rector St. Kitchen fully equipped, bathroom clean. Sofa bed was sagging. Enough storage space for clothes and suitcases. The special APP is used, among other things, for check-in and check-out. In case of earlier arrival or later departure, the stay can be adjusted slightly.Rooms: Very spacious for NYC. Very well equipped - nothing was missing. As already mentioned, when there are four guests, a sofa bed is used as a bed. It was worn out in our apartment and actually unusable.Nearby activities: WTC, 9/11 Memorial, Ferry to Liberty Statue, Wall St, Ferry to Staten Island, HeliPort Manhattan,…..Safety: No problems!!!Walkability: 10 minutes to WTC, Battery Park, Wall St etc. Starbucks, restaurants, shops nearby.
