Arrived at 22:00 .. sleep on street.. Appt 04:00 .... check in 02:45... Got door 05:50 .... Dropped trailer and wait outside... Lumper payment RELAY .. ok paperwork 11:00;😲😡😡

If you drive trucks and you deliver here, be prepared to be here a while, slow daunting and long and lumpar fee is expensive also for some reason that relay app is taking forever street small not a lot of room to maneuver

Place is a joke! very unprofessional security guard is ignorant!! I pull up 2 guard shack in my truck a Sleeper the guard says park on street instead of taking my paperwork first😡 street is small took a hour an half for my paperwork after unloaded

Cancel this delivery load! If you want to save your day. 6am appointment. Driver arrived 30 minutes early and driver left the facility at 5PM. Don't forget $485 Lumper fee on top of it.

Very bad place to Deliver. Checked in 06:00 for 07:00 a.m delivery. Got door around 08:30. Still waiting to heard back from them when we got empty and it is currently 12:00 now.... Try to avoid delivering This place.

I had an appointment for 6 AM. I arrived at 10 PM of the previous day and they don’t open until 2:30 AM. You can park on the street. Then you go to the guard shack you will need your tractor license plate number after check in with the security you go to receiving door and check in again. Make sure to write your name, phone number , company name, tractor number and trailer number on the BOL. They will give you a call to assign a dock for you. You drop the trailer, park on the street and wait for a phone call after you pay the lumper fee.
My time line was, 2:30 check in> received a call for a dock 3:00> payed the lumper fee at 4:00 , received a call to retrieve the paperwork by 9:00

They took 9 1/2 hours to unload my dry van on October 3, 2024. Then, gave me the master copy of BOL, instead of original copy of BOL. Back in Maryland trying to get the correct paper work to get paid. NEVER
