They have been good for lot of years , but recently ( I got scammed by them) “mind you I have an account with them “ Im supposed to get competitive pricing , yet I got the same price I would buy it from a grocery shop ice . So whats the point of me ordering a bulk if I’m gonna get the same price for a reseller. Overall bad experience …. I hope they fix that .

These guys are awesome! Good pricing, great service and always on point. We were with another ice company for a long time and we're hesitant to switch because we value loyalty, after 12 years of doing business when I call and tell you I'm out of ice on Thursday morning I would expect you get right on it, however we were told I'll try and get you something in a few days but probably not till next week.......I didn't feel like my business was valued. So I poked around a bit and found Carlstadt. I explained my situation and Rolando gave me his word he would get me ice by Friday morning, I agreed and we hung up, he called me back 2 minutes later and said wait a minute. You have no ice at all and I said yes. He told me I'll be there in 2 hours and he was they have earned my business and they deserve yours too. Give them a shot. Thank you Rolando, two ??

The worst customer service experience.I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by your company. I have encountered issues that have greatly affected my experience and require immediate attention.I called that I want to buy a ice packs on 5/15 2:37PM. Your company phone connection was not good, and I requested someone to repeat what you said. he shouted back, saying, "We don't sell regular ice packs."Am I mistaken in asking if you guys sell ice packs? you guys website clearly indicates that you sell ice packs.NEVER CALL THEM! They will shout at you.

If u are store owners pls don’t come here the gide who own this business he is charging you $1.50 ice bags if u bye 4 slive or 9 slive only u have to by 10 slive then is regular price so all store owners by big freezer for this stupid policy . I will recommend to not come here

The folks at Carlstadt Ice are passionate about what they do. Rolando, Kurt, and Daniel are some genuine people who I personally know as employers as well as business owners. If you need ice, dry ice, or anything in between you need to pay them a visit! I highly recommend them.

Horrible service and becareful if you don't speak perfect English. They will take advantage charge you what they want. My dad went there to get 3 bags of ice and they charged him $92.50. They handed him a box of dry ice. And 4 bags of ice. When that's not what my did wanted. But my dad thought the box was part of the purchase since it was handed to him. According to this owner he charged my dad for the dry ice. So basically you get 4 40lbs of ice for free with the purchase of dry ice I guess. Then when i called the OWNER was extremely rude about it and hung up the phone on me. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. I SHOULDVE LISTENED TO THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS. I WANTED TO GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND NOW MY POOR DAD IS OUT OF $92.50.

Hands down the best and most professional ice company by far. Dealing with them for years now and have never had one issue and there staff is absolutely amazing. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone or business that needs ice for any type of event.
