THIS PLACE IS A MONEY GRAB!!
You have to use a prepaid card they give you to use the washers and dryers. If you use a credit card to load money on the card, the minimum you can load is $10. So if you get a card for $10 and find out it will cost you $13 to do your laundry, you have to load another $10 minimum that they get to use until the next time you go in. I’m not ok with this level of greed.
I will not be coming here again.

Like this place but dryers should be hotter to dry clothes better they won’t fully dry after a 40 min spin

Gabriel that works at the front counter is excellent. I left a personal item in clothing I was having dry cleaned, he helped me to track it down. Customer service is big in my book and this guy is tops.

Had absolutely atrocious encounter with an employee named Marisela. She was disgustingly rude to my parents who were asking a question about a machine. She then shouted and said machines didn’t fall under her responsibility, however she was the ONLY employee there. She was disrespectful and called my father horrible names. Her daughter who was also there but NOT an employee began yelling and cursing and THREATENING my parents. This is the most gross display of unprofessionalism. Quite unfortunate as the young man who works there is very kind and always helpful. He assisted me and informed that the owner will be back on Sunday. I will be speaking to him. It is unacceptable to let this pass, no employee should EVER speak to customers that way and have personal friends get involved in the issue with threats and violence. Absolutely repulsive behavior. That is recorded on camera. If she is working stay far away

I like using this laundromat, BUT they lost one of my shirts when I left them to be laundered. I called on a Thursday and they said they would look for it and call me back. By Friday I hadn't received a call, so I called again and they took my phone number to have the owner call me back. By Sunday, no one had called me at all. I called back and asked what was going on and they STILL did not have an answer for me. In all reality, it's just a work shirt, but I am now shorted one work shirt and have no solution other than "we can't find it". I'm still going to go there to do my own laundry, but I'd be careful of missing items.

Hands down terrible. New cards cost a dollar fine, I’ll take that. Then I got over to the washers load my stuff, washer isn’t working go on to the next one. Guess what that one isn’t working I ask for help and the guy says “ oh you have to play with the card a little, quick swipe”. Ok, when I come here and up 30 on a laundry card I have to use here, I expect atleast one washer to work I choose, but no the only ones that work are the small ones and the big ones in front are for there dry cleaning. I digress, came back and started loading the clothes into the dryer, ended up moving my clothes in and out of their dryers 4 times and asked for help, and they didn’t come. So finally I yell dose anything effing work here and they come running.

Standard laundromat that works fine for me! 2.50 for the small wash and .35 cents every 8 minutes to dry. The laundromat card only takes bills and does not take/give change and if you want to pay credit, it is a minimum of $10

One of the employees does not wear a mask. Been there three times and she hasn’t worn it either time. Today was my last day. Why can’t people just follow the rules!
