The staff in this location are excellent. So professional and courteous. This is a fairly large store with lots of inventory. Lots of beachy items...jewelry..home goods...and a nice children's section. Parking is really an issue even off season. But it's a lovely town and worth the trouble.

One of my favorite shops on the Cape May Mall! Have visited the Whales Tale literally since the first day they opened. A great place to find gifts and really original, cool greeting cards. The staff is very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. 5 stars!

The Whale’s Tale is an amazing gift store! We always love stopping in here to check out the kids section in the middle of the shop! The selection of stuffies, games, and books in the kid section is large and our daughter can spend a lot of time here! There are so many unique gifts and jewelry pieces in the store as well. Staff is always delightful and courteous.
