Tom and his staff at West Marine were absolutely amazing! I called and told them I wouldn’t be able to get there until a few minutes after five to exchange a defective battery charger, they were willing to stay until I got there and make the exchange. Their always very helpful and knowledgeable and go out of their way to give solid advise. 5 Star service here!Chuck

This place is great. They're always informative and always help to troubleshoot if you're having a problem and make great recommendations. Most recently, Tom helped with a battery charger. He gives great customer service and is very knowledgeable!

Being down the area where marine supplies are needed this location is very understocked on supplies. The associates are pleasant and very willing to help though
